Un saludo cordial a toda la Comunidad, en esta oportunidad quiero pasar la información de que estaré realizando una pequeña campaña de DELEGACIÓN DE 100 HP para los nuevos usuarios de la plataforma.
Antes que todo entremos en contexto para que tengan una idea más clara de lo que deseo hacer y que de seguro Ya muchos de ustedes han realizado o alguna Ballena ya lo puso en marcha y quizás no sea nuevo para ustedes.

A cordial greeting to the entire Community, this time I want to pass the information that I will be carrying out a small campaign of DELEGATION OF 100 HP for the new users of the platform.
Before everything we go into context so that you have a clearer idea of what I want to do and that surely many of you have already done or some Whale has already started it and perhaps it is not new to you.

Nada más difícil que llegar a la Colmena y no tener los Recursos suficientes para poder hacer una publicación diaria o navegar por la plataforma y dejar algo de amor con un orgánico comentario en tus post favoritos.
Es algo que sufrimos todos cuando llegamos a la colmena y por esa razón tengo está pequeña campaña que me gustaría compartir con ustedes.
Cuando llegue solo podía hacer una publicación cada 2 o 3 días no lo recuerdo del todo, el punto es que tenía limitaciones para poder navegar por la comunidad y hacer un post diario. Claro existe una forma para resolver este pequeño contratiempo y es comprar HIVE y realizar un POWER UP para tener recursos y poder hacer vida social en Hive.

Nothing is more difficult than getting to the Beehive and not having enough Resources to be able to make a daily publication or browse the platform and leave some love with an organic comment on your favorite posts.
It is something that we all suffer when we arrive at the hive and for that reason I have this small campaign that I would like to share with you.
When I arrived I could only make one publication every 2 or 3 days I don't remember it very much, the point is that I had limitations to be able to navigate the community and make a daily post. Of course there is a way to solve this small setback and it is to buy HIVE and perform a POWER UP to have resources and be able to socialize in Hive.
Es una opción muy buena y colabora con el mercado y subida del valor del HIVE. Pero no todos tenemos la posibilidad de adquirir estas monedas en el mercado por falta de recursos económicos o cualquier otra razón.
Entonces tome la decisión de hacer algo productivo con mí poco HP y apoyar a los nuevos usuarios con una pequeña delegación de 100 HP por un período de tiempo de 10 días para que puedan interactuar con la comunidad y subir contenido de calidad.
Escogeré 5 nuevos usuarios que cumplan con los siguientes requisitos:
Tener 48 horas de haber abierto su cuenta.
No poseer ninguna cantidad de HP.
Tener un post de presentación.
Eso sería todo para entregar la Delegación y puedan optar por un puesto. Desconozco la cantidad de nuevos usuarios en la colmena por lo que usaré el tag introduceyourself para ubicar los nuevos usuarios.
Si usted desea colaborar y postular algún usuario es bienvenido y sería de gran ayuda. Ya que deseo que entre todos hagamos esto posible y si alguno se anima hacer lo mismo seria alucinante.

So I made the decision to do something productive with my little HP and support new users with a small delegation of 100 HP for a period of time of 10 days so that they can interact with the community and upload quality content.
I will choose 5 new users who meet the following requirements:
- Have 48 hours of having opened your account.
- Do not possess any amount of HP.
- Have a presentation post.
That would be all to hand over the Delegation and they can opt for a position. I do not know the number of new users in the hive so I will use the tag introduceyourself to locate the new users.
If you want to collaborate and apply, a user is welcome and it would be a great help. Since I wish that together we make this possible and if anyone dares to do the same it would be amazing.
Hago pública está pequeña iniciativa que estoy seguro de que muchos de ustedes están haciendo en silencio y es genial, esto lo hago con la intención de animar a los viejos usuarios a que apoyemos a los nuevos y darles un pequeño empujón para que puedan presentarse ante la Comunidad y mostrar su arte, música, talento, pasión con toda la familia de Hive.
El 10 de enero presentaré a los candidatos que recibirán los 100 HP, para que se animen a participar y darle la bienvenida a lo grande a los nuevos integrantes de la gran familia de Hive.

I publish this small initiative that I am sure many of you are doing in silence and it is great, I do this with the intention of encouraging the old users to support the new ones and give them a little push so that they can appear before the Community and show your art, music, talent, passion with the entire Hive family.
On January 10, I will present the candidates who will receive the 100 HP, so that they are encouraged to participate and welcome in a big way the new members of the great Hive family.

Adernay do the delegators you have know you are running your own delegation. And i think its not true you cannot post every 2 or 3 days when you are new

You are really putting forward a very nice initiative and l really appreciate you for that.
I would have loved to be a beneficiary of this initiative but l already got some Delegation as a participant in the Newbie initiative. I have also been here for more than 48 hours so, l can't make the cut.
