I created this guide because a few weeks ago I read a rather rude comment from a user who belittled those who welcomed new users. Because, according to him, the guides they were showing new users were from 2021 and weren’t up to date.
Well, more important than any guide is simply welcoming a newcomer and giving them an upvote. The guides are just an add-on, an informative resource.
However, I was one of those who shared one of the guides—just as many other users share the same one—which that rude user criticized so harshly. Since I don’t appreciate on chain noise, I decided to channel my silence into something productive to eventually quell his rudeness. Partly because I understand the criticism—there really isn't an up-to-date guide for new users (I couldn't find one).
So I turned to my AI agent, T-MAX, to help me draft a brief guide on what a new user should know. After processing all the information I gave him and making a few adjustments, we put together this guide. He also advised leaving topics like Witnesses, Proposals, etc., for a second guide—so as not to overwhelm new users with too much information right away. Here are the essentials to get started.
