La clase de ayer en HIVEED fue bastante movida. Estas clases me gustan, aunque requieren de muchísimo trabajo. A los chamos les encanta porque se identifican con muchas situaciones, pero en cuestión de segundos todo puedes convertirse en un caos. Si me descuido, el tiempo pasa y no se da la materia. Hay que ser bien cuidadoso, para crear un equilibrio entre lo divertido, las risas, las opiniones y la atención para seguir avanzando.

Es por esto que ayer quedé bastante cansado. Igual que el lunes, aunque todavía en el otro colegio no damos la clase de los temperamentos. Eso fue una parte de la clase, porque la otra parte fue de Hive. Creo que debo comenzar por Hive, ya que es más técnico. Si comienzo por el tema de marca personal, se activan mucho más y se genera la adrenalina jajaja. Después es más difícil calmarlos.

Sobre Hive me hicieron varias preguntas, sobretodo por las recompensas. Les expliqué por encima, ya que esto requiere toda una clase. Estas cosas que son técnicas, prefiero darlas más adelante cuando ya estén "adictos" a la clase. Primero quiero que sea lo más dinámico posible.

Trabajar con "Hive va a la Escuela" me hace sentir útil en estos momentos, cuando el Hive está tan bajo, tan infravalorado. Mi sueño es lograr que algunos chicos se enamoren de Hive, más allá de publicar y recibir votos, de su magia económica con la mejor distribución de riqueza que existe. Espero lograr eso en este año, para tener la menor cantidad de abandono. La dinámica del país y de los adolescente, hacen que sea un desafío, mantenerlos en el ecosistema.

Con todo y esto, estoy emocionado porque estoy viendo a los grupos más motivados y ya tenemos muchas presentaciones publicadas en Meettoo

Yesterday's class at HIVEED was quite lively. I like these classes, even though they require a lot of work. The kids love them because they can relate to many of the situations, but in a matter of seconds, everything can turn into chaos. If I'm not careful, time passes and I don't get through the material. You have to be very careful to strike a balance between fun, laughter, opinions, and attention in order to keep moving forward.

That's why I was pretty tired yesterday. Just like on Monday, although we don't teach the temperaments class at the other school yet. That was one part of the class, because the other part was about Hive. I think I should start with Hive, since it's more technical. If I start with the topic of personal branding, they get much more excited and the adrenaline kicks in, ha ha ha. Then it's harder to calm them down.

They asked me several questions about Hive, especially about the rewards. I gave them a brief explanation, as this requires a whole class. I prefer to teach these technical things later, when they are already “hooked” on the class. First, I want it to be as dynamic as possible.

Working with “Hive Goes to School” makes me feel useful at a time when Hive is so low, so undervalued. My dream is to get some kids to fall in love with Hive, beyond posting and receiving votes, with its economic magic and the best wealth distribution that exists. I hope to achieve that this year, to have as few dropouts as possible. The dynamics of the country and of teenagers make it a challenge to keep them in the ecosystem.

Despite all this, I am excited because I am seeing the most motivated groups and we already have many presentations published on Meettoo.
