When I was waiting for my keys in 2017, I came to think that this would not be for me. Before, to get an account you had to wait for days. I remember I entered a chat where they helped you. The witnesses in charge were @drakos and @timcliff who I talked to. At one point I was going to pay my bill. At that time it was $6. I was desperate.

Building community is slow work. It's important to build trust. That can take years. Getting buy-in from your tribe even more so. It's common for everyone to be committed in the mature ones, but few will be committed in the green ones.

I always liked to build. To be there from the beginning. To be a pioneer. I think that is the main characteristic that tied me to this project. Today I can say that they know me at Hive. I have a reputation. My personal brand has reached people and impacted their lives. That feels wonderful.

I hardly think about those who have left. But a lot about those who have returned. Also these days I reflected on my HP; actually I always do. When I started I saw it impossible to be a dolphin and now I'm sure I'll make it to Orca and I don't rule out being a whale. If Hive lasts long enough, I will be.

Before it was very difficult to grow. The price of the token was higher, so the SP of that chain was achieved little by little. Also, votes were not easy to find. Many times you had to buy them.

Today I look at my HP and I get excited. You can't imagine the pride I feel. I see all the projects that @enmy and I have built, and I sigh. The idea that the @rutablockchain trail has a vote of almost 100K HP is mind blowing. I remember in the beginning we rented SP to half vote 0.04. I remember once investing $10 bucks, buying SP, thinking it would make a difference in my vote 🤣

If you have the vision to build, grow, have a savings, long term projection, this is a great place. Here you can have equity, which in an instant can grow by X10 (it has before).

Cuando estaba esperando por mis claves en 2017, llegué a pensar que esto no sería para mí. Antes para tener una cuenta había que esperar días. Recuerdo que entré en un chat donde te ayudaban. De pronto reviso bien el correo, porque a @enmy ya le había llegado. Estaba en spam jajaja. Ese 21 de septiembre comenzó un camino increíble lleno de aventuras.

Desde los primeros días nos planteamos crear comunidad. Solo bastó cobrar mis primeras recompensas y saber que aquí había una gran oportunidad que había que compartir.

Era una época donde nadie hacía adopción, salvo @mayvil con su canal de Youtube. Fuimos los raros del patio, donde la mayoría creaba proyectos de curación para optar por alguna delegación, nos lanzamos al agua a construir comunidad desde la adopción.

Crear comunidad es un trabajo lento. Es importante generar confianza. Eso puede llevar años. Lograr un compromiso de tu tribu más todavía. Es común que todos sean comprometidos en las maduras, pero pocos lo estarán en las verdes.

Siempre me gustó construir. Estar desde los inicios. Ser pionero. Creo que esa es la principal característica que me ató a este proyecto. Hoy en día puedo decir que me conocen en Hive. Tengo una reputación. Mi marca personal a llegado a personas impactando sus vidas. Eso se siente maravilloso.

Casi no pienso en los que se han ido. Pero mucho en los que han regresado. También estos días reflexioné sobre mi HP; en realidad siempre lo hago. Cuando comencé veía imposible ser delfín y ahora estoy seguro que llegaré a Orca y no descarto ser ballena. Si Hive dura lo suficiente, lo seré.

Antes era muy difícil crecer. El precio del token era más alto, por lo que el SP de aquella cadena, se conseguía de a poco. Además que los votos no se encontraban fácil. Muchas veces tenías que comprarlos.

Hoy veo mi HP y me emociono. No se imaginan el orgullo que siento. Veo todos los proyectos que hemos construido @enmy y yo, y suspiro. La idea de que el trail de @rutablockchain tenga un voto de casi 100K HP es alucinante. Recuerdo que al inicio alquilamos SP para medio votar 0.04. Recuerdo que una vez invertí $10 dólares, comprando SP, pensando que haría diferencia en mi voto 🤣

Si tienes la visión de construir, crecer, tener un ahorro, proyección a largo plazo, este es un gran lugar. Aquí puedes tener un patrimonio, que en un instante puede crecer un X10 (ya lo ha hecho antes).
