I get excited when I give out awards. At Hive we do it a lot. In times past it was liquid cash or votes, but since @valueplan is so supportive of marketing, we have beautiful merch to give away.
I've always been a proponent of earning the prizes, which is why I don't like raffles as much. I got some merch from Caracas Blockchain Week left over from Hive, I'll even give away some of what they gave away to me.
This week I gave a beautiful shirt to @sashimora for his post of his visit to Caracas Blockchain Week. She was very happy. I was also happy to see her colleagues happy for her. That's a sign of true friendship.
Many already saw part of my past class in this video. The second part of the class was about temperaments. I explained what the four temperaments are in detail, both for their strengths and weaknesses. We did a temperament test, which although we didn't finish it gave the kids an idea of what temperament they have. I also left the complete test for them to go deeper.
It is important to know the temperaments, as it is a practical way to shape the personality. Later on we will use them on several occasions, especially for the sales class. I feel that I am giving them a lot of information and since they are used to the immediate, it is hard for them to go deeper. This is something I will talk about in the next class.

Me emociona cuando entrego premios. En Hive lo hacemos muchos. En tiempos pasados eran dinero líquido o votos, pero desde que @valueplan apoya tanto el marketing, tenemos bello merch para regalar.
Siempre he sido partidario de ganarse los premios, por eso no me gustan tanto las rifas. Obtuve algo de merch de la Caracas Blockchain Week que sobró de Hive, incluso daré parte de lo que me regalaron a mí.
Esta semana entregué una bella camisa a @sashimora por su publicación de su visita a la Caracas Blockchain Week. Se puso muy feliz. También me alegró ver a sus compañeros felices por ella. Eso es una señal de verdadera amistad.
Muchos ya vieron parte de mi clase pasada en este video. La segunda parte de la clase fue sobre los temperamentos. Les expliqué cuáles son los cuatro temperamentos al detalle, tanto por sus fortalezas y sus debilidades. Hicimos un test de temperamento, que aunque no terminamos a los chamos les dio una idea para saber qué temperamento tienen. De igual forma les dejé el test completo para que profundicen.
Es importante conocer los temperamentos, ya que es una forma práctica de moldear la personalidad. Más adelante los usaremos en varias ocasiones, sobretodo para la clase de ventas. Siento que les estoy dando mucha información y como están acostumbrados a lo inmediato, les cuesta profundizar. Esto es algo que hablaré en la próxima clase.
