I'd like to be as original as possible, although I think I've said it all haha. Besides, I'm coming to the end of the initiative and there are already so many posts with great tips. I would also like the opportunity to remind you that you should not use justified alignment, or that be careful with selfies; two very common mistakes and it's rare that I'm the only one to mention them 🙃
1. Explore and Diversify.
There is always a door through which you entered Hive. Most came through Splinterlands, but also a lot through Peakd to have your blog, or through Threespeak to upload videos. Regardless of what your gateway was; explore, because there is so much more to Hive.

2. Abandon the Employee Mentality.
You see this a lot with people coming in from blogging. Most of the content creators on Hive, were or are employees in their physical life. Moving to an entrepreneur mentality is not quick. Just being a freelancer doesn't give you that mindset. Most freelancers have an employee mentality, as their clients are their employers. It takes a lot more and at Hive most still have that mentality when they treat Hive as a job.
To change that mentality it is good to follow step 1. Making the decision that your life will not depend on the vote of a whale is critical. It's also not about having other sources of income outside of Hive and seeing it as a hobby. The goal is to see this blockchain as a platform to build businesses.
In that sense, one important thing you will have to do, is to invest. It is not enough to accumulate HP and never do Power Down, although it is important; you need to invest in other assets to diversify. They can be other tokens, NFTs or your own projects on the blockchain.
Build businesses. At the beginning don't look at the numbers (profits), just look to have more sources of income and then you dedicate yourself to fatten them, so that they give you more.

3. Build Personal Brand
Always the most important thing of all will be your personal brand. We also have to take advantage of the fact that Hive is very small and that building a good name for yourself is easier than on other platforms with millions of users. As content creators, the most important thing to build a powerful Personal Brand is to have a defined niche. That way you can be a reference in an area and get benefits thanks to all the possibilities that are presented to you.

2. Abandona la Mentalidad de Empleado
Esto se ve mucho en las personas que llegan desde el blog. La mayoría de los creadores de contenido en Hive, fueron o son empleados en su vida física. Pasar a una mentalidad de empresario no es rápido. Con solo ser freelance no obtienes esa mentalidad. La mayoría de los freelancers tiene mentalidad de empleados, ya que sus clientes son sus patronos. Hace falta mucho más y en Hive la mayoría sigue con esa mentalidad cuando tratan a Hive como un empleo.
Para cambiar esa mentalidad es bueno seguir el paso 1. Tomar la decisión que tu vida no dependerá del voto de una ballena, es fundamental. Tampoco se trata de tener otras fuentes de ingreso fuera de Hive y verlo como un pasatiempo. El objetivo es ver a esta blockchain como una plataforma para construir negocios.
En ese sentido, algo importante que deberás hacer, es invertir. No basta con acumular HP y nunca hacer Power Down, aunque sí es importante; es necesario invertir en otros activos para diversificar. Pueden ser otros tokens, NFTs o tus propios proyectos en la blockchain.

Me gusta mucho lo de diversificar la manera en la que ganamos dinero en Hive, creo que nunca lo había visto de esa manera. Hasta ahora solo lo he hecho creando contenido y vendiendo NFT's pero seguro que hay más y con tu post me animé a explorar nuevas oportunidades.

Muy interesante abandonar la mentalidad de empleo, pues hacer Trading de la moneda Hive también es muy bueno, por lo menos yo invierto de esa forma por fuera de la plataforma y diversificar siempre será esencial para crecer.

No pude aprovecharlo, me parecía que estaba caro y esperaba que bajara, jamás espere que fuera tener ese gran pump jeje, pero bueno el mercado siempre da más oportunidades, por ahora esperar y más nada.
