Yo no soy muy experta, así que la mejor manera que tengo de explicar esto en pocas palabras es, que los Witnesess (en español: Testigos) son aquellos que mantienen la economía dentro de hive.Blog. Ellos a través de sus equipos, trabajan arduamente para votar, comentar, ineractuar y hacer fluctuar la cadena de bloques que se le es asignada dentro de la plataforma; siendo esta cadena una constante entrada de publicaciones, comentarios, transferencias de fondos y más acciones desplegadas en todo el mundo.
I'm not a very expert, so the best way I have to explain this in a few words is that the Witnesess (in Spanish: Testigos) are those who maintain the economy within hive.Blog. They, through their teams, work hard to vote, comment, act and make the chain of blocks assigned to them fluctuate within the platform; being this chain a constant input of publications, comments, transfers of funds and more actions deployed around the world.
Estos testigos son líderes, embajadores, promotores, representantes de diferentes comunidades en la cuales despliegan sus acciones de interacción BlockChain (cadena de bloques). Los Testigos son escogidos por el público que es usuario en Hive.blog y votados/recompensados en Hive Power (Poder de voto). Estas personas son valorados por la capacidad que tienen para manejar el mundo blockchain, por sus experiencias, destrezas y sobre todo porque nos muestran Los objetivos más importantes dentro de esta comunidad.
These witnesses are leaders, ambassadors, promoters, representatives of different communities in which BlockChain (blockchain) interact actions. Witnesses are chosen by the public that is user on Hive.blog and voted / rewarded in Hive Power. These people are valued for their ability to handle the blockchain world, for their experiences, skills and above all because they show us the most important goals within this community
Para votar a los testigos, podemos ingresar en Witnesses y votar hasta a 30. Yo he votado a muy pocos, y deseo apoyar a más testigos, espero ir evolucionando y así ver a quienes puedo dar más de mi apoyo. Aquí les muestro mis tres witnesess preferidos, admito que para mí ha resultado un poco complejo escoger a solo tres, pero aquí están las razones de haber puesto solo a esos:

Primeramente, por supuesto coloco a Cervantes quienes me han hecho crecer, desde hace casi tres años que vengo posteando primero en Steemit y ahora en Hive.Blog. Son tremendos, muy buena comunidad sobre todo y principalmente para las personas de habla Hispana, me gusta porque tienen temas generales sobre ciencia, arte, salud y demás que difunden y apoyan también hacia otros creadores de contenido.

Quién también vengo leyendo y observándolo desde hace casi dos años en la plataforma Steemit, me ha ayudado a impulsarme y siento que a varios usuarios nuevos los motiva mucho para que sigan creando contenido, y me doy cuenta que sus curaciones son muy acertadas con la calidad de creación, también porque analiza mucho lo que es el blockchain en general y se aprende bastante.
