Hola hermosa comunidad de Hive, el día viernes veintinueve de este mes mi madre dio una charla acerca de Hive con el fin de dar a conocer a Hive. Estábamos super felices por esto la verdad, ya que iba ha ser en la iglesia Kairos, en nuestra casa, la iglesia la cual asistimos.
Mi hermosa madre me dio la tarea de hablar un poco acerca de Hive watchers, el plagio, los votos positivos y los votos negativos... y bueno aquí en este post les comparto un poco de lo que dije.
Hello beautiful Hive community, on Friday the twenty-ninth of this month my mother gave a talk about Hive in order to make Hive known. We were super happy about this because it was going to be at Kairos church, in our house, the church we attend.
My beautiful mother gave me the task to talk a little bit about Hive watchers, plagiarism, positive votes and negative votes... and well here in this post I share with you a little bit of what I said.
Bueno primero estuve hablando un poco de lo que es Hive watchers y hablando un poco de lo que se encarga. Les estuve comentando que Hive watchers es traducido literalmente como vigilantes de la colmena y pues que de eso se encarga, de vigilar a cada creador de contenido, cada una de las publicaciones, verificando que no contengan plagio, que no sea contenido reciclado, que las imágenes sean propias y que si no son propias que le den los créditos al autor...
Well first I was talking a little bit about what Hive watchers is and talking a little bit about what it is in charge of. I was telling them that Hive watchers is literally translated as watchers of the hive and that is what it is in charge of, to watch over each content creator, each of the publications, verifying that they do not contain plagiarism, that it is not recycled content, that the images are their own and that if they are not their own that they give the credits to the author...
También les estaba hablando de la lista negra y que no hacer para no caer en ella, muchos quizás sepan de que se trata esta lista negra. Es simplemente una lista en donde estan los usuarios que han infringido las reglas de la blockchain ya bien sea intencionalmente o involuntariamente.
Estas son algunos de los reglamentos más importantes que no hay que cometer.
No Infringir las reglas de cada comunidad y de la blockchain.
No hacer plagio.
No reciclar contenido, por ejemplo, si tu publicas un video en facebook o en otra red social, no es bueno que lo compartas en Hive ya que Hive lo que busca es que los creadores de contenido compartan contenido único, original y que no haya sido publicado anteriormente.
No usurpar la identidad de otros.
No poner imágenes que no son propias sin darle el reconocimiento al autor, en lo personal recomiendo que sean propias si hay la posibilidad de que tu las tomes pero si no es así dale el reconocimiento poniendo el link de dicha imagen.
Y una recomendación personal es que siempre pregunten así sientan que están haciendo bien sus post, si tienen alguna duda consulten esa duda a una persona que tenga experiencia o si sienten que están haciendo bien rectifiquen.
I was also talking about the blacklist and what not to do in order not to fall into it, many of you may know what this blacklist is about. It is simply a list of users who have violated the blockchain rules either intentionally or unintentionally.
These are some of the most important regulations not to commit.
Do not violate the rules of each community and the blockchain.
Do not plagiarize.
Do not recycle content, for example, if you publish a video on facebook or another social network, it is not good to share it on Hive because Hive is looking for content creators to share unique, original content that has not been published before.
Do not usurp the identity of others.
Do not post images that are not your own without giving recognition to the author, personally I recommend that they are your own if there is the possibility that you take them but if not give recognition by putting the link to the image.
And a personal recommendation is to always ask questions so you feel that you are doing well your post, if you have any doubt consult that doubt to a person who has experience or if you feel that you are doing well rectify.
También les estuve explicando un poco de los votos positivos y los llamados downvote y que hacer para obtener los votos positivos y que no hacer para obtener los negativos. Esto es muy obvio dirán ustedes pero en realidad ellos no sabían absolutamente nada, por lo cual esta parte fue importante.
Los votos negativos tiene mucho que ver con Hive watchers ya que si Hive watchers descubre que estas cometiendo plagio o estas infringiendo alguna norma dentro de la blockchain, claramente vas a recibir votos negativos ya bien sea de otros usuarios o de Hive watchers. Pero en cambio si tus post son de calidad, cumples con las normas y requisitos que hay dentro de la blockchain, haces un buen maquetado, no reciclas contenido... Bueno ahí si vas a recibir votos positivos ya que van a valorar tu trabajo y le van a dar el valor que se merece.
¿Gabriela y que significa cuando valoran mis post? Bueno esto quiere decir que las personas les está gustando tu contenido por lo cual empiezan a apoyarte.
Los votos positivos son como un corazón, así como un like de instagram por ejemplo, solo que la pequeña disimilitud de aqui es que estos valen algo según el poder de voto de la persona que te este votando, pasa lo mismo cuando te dan downvote, un corazoncito roto.
I was also explaining them a little bit about upvotes and downvote and what to do to get upvotes and what not to do to get downvotes. This is very obvious you may say but in reality they knew absolutely nothing, so this part was important.
The negative votes has a lot to do with Hive watchers because if Hive watchers finds out that you are committing plagiarism or you are violating any rule within the blockchain, clearly you will receive negative votes either from other users or from Hive watchers. But on the other hand if your posts are of quality, you comply with the rules and requirements within the blockchain, you make a good layout, you do not recycle content .... Well, then you will receive positive votes because they will value your work and will give it the value it deserves.
Gabriela and what does it mean when they value my posts? Well it means that people are liking your content so they start to support you.
Positive votes are like a heart, just like an instagram like for example, only the small difference here is that they are worth something depending on the voting power of the person who is voting for you, the same thing happens when they give you downvote, a little broken heart.
También les estuve comentando la importancia de hacer contenido de calidad, dedicarle tiempo a tu blog, a tus post y no hacer contenido por hacer es algo que hay que tener en cuenta, escribir y hacer que tus post se vean interesantes, hacer un buen maquetado, tener esencia dentro de la blockchain y entre muchas cosas más.
I was also telling them about the importance of making quality content, dedicating time to your blog, to your posts and not making content for the sake of it is something that must be taken into account, write and make your posts look interesting, make a good layout, have essence within the blockchain and among many other things.
