Celebrating the 4th Anniversary with #Hive is like spending the day in your favorite place, it's like returning to your refuge where you are happy. Personally, I arrived at hive in the middle of the pandemic after meeting Daniel and Enmy virtually. At first I didn't really understand where I had arrived, since I had never heard of #blockchain technology, but little by little it was easy to understand that I was going to be the owner of something big, because here I am the owner. I understand that only the knowledge we acquire belongs to us. Take care of it, that will keep you afloat in any situation.
But in Hive it is possible to dream of something more personal, of being able to save, of receiving rewards in crypto regardless of the country where you are. Here I want to stop for a moment, you have no idea what account options I have searched for and they all say, blocked for your country....Anyway, even if you have no knowledge of Cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, nodes, niches, discord, among so many variables; Here everything remains in your account, those earnings will all be there until you understand what they can be used for and where you can send them. Nobody takes them anywhere.
I'm telling you from my own experience. I wrote for a whole year without stopping. On some occasions I would write two or three posts a day, one completely long about my personal growth in @GEMS, another always talking about a topic that I am passionate about, female empowerment, the one that does not talk about whether some of us are more than others, but rather the that we all have value, about that, I wrote a lot in @LadiesofHive, a community in which I have delegated part of my HP and I receive profits from the healing work they do, that is, me sleeping and they generating for me. Just like a liability that puts money in your pocket without you making much of an effort.
And finally I became passionate about shadows, always my third publication of the day was the @Shadowhunters.
So I spent a whole year, raising my HP to 1600. Today I say wow! I was able to make and save that amount of money. The nicest thing of all is that I was completely unaware of what the Power Down was.
Don't tell anyone, don't tell them what it is, for their own good hahahahaha "Literally" it was for my good. That same HP that I had gathered helped me to use them when little Mathias was born. I spent 21 days in the hospital, praying fully for my son's health. Also receiving beautiful contributions from people I didn't know, but they had read me constantly on the platform. And they felt the need to contribute to a beautiful support campaign for me and little Mathias.
I remember it as if it were yesterday, and Mathias is going to turn 3 this May 16th.
I had heard the savings thing, but really wow! I didn't know that money was there hahaha I swear. After everything happened I managed to raise my HP back to 1200. But my father and mother fell seriously ill with Covid when Mathias was just 4 months old, so goodbye savings again.
Even so, in December 2022 I gave myself the task and the luxury of being able to remodel my parents' kitchen, she screamed for help, write more posts on Hive. In those beautiful days, I was between two of my passions, Hive and schools. Of course I had the joy of being behind the cameras listening to @Danielvehe give his #HiveVaAlaEscuela talks.
I'm not going to lie to you, I hardly visit Discord, because I'm an older woman... It's not true, I always forget even though I receive each and every one of the notifications of those wonderful meetings and programs where you can make yourself known, laugh, read, cry, tell stories and jokes, meditate, participate and win. I am missing out on that powerful tool because it is slow.
Today I didn't want to miss this celebration in my favorite place. I have been a little intermittent in my publications for a few months, since precisely thanks to Hive I learned to create valuable content, apply the whole topic of personal brand a little, and create or at least understand, what is important to do good marketing .
So for two and a half years I was hired by a company, which runs a project, which basically makes developments and its initial strength was a token, now it has grown. The truth is that they were just starting out and I applied for the job, in the middle of an interview via zoom, the basic questions were:

Me: Oh no. Not at all. You create free-form content. The quality of your content will be seen in your votes and that in your earnings.
You earn in Hive, which is a cryptocurrency, and you can transfer it to Binance, and we also earn in HBD, which is a stablecoin.
There was a silence that worried me greatly. For a moment I thought. What am I doing, it seems like I'm selling to #Hive instead of....

I was astonished, my cousin actually told me send your resume, it's freelance work. I was unaware of what I was going to do there. But the company was precisely looking for Community Managers or people with a similar profile to train them. I have been the head of the Community Managers for a year. And from Hive it took me to that company, until we cannot plagiarize those contents, nor use images that are not our own.
But that's #Hive, we talk about it with such frenzy that we forget for a moment that there are other projects with a view to becoming big. They accept me like that.
He was also involved in personal things these last few months. But without a doubt, #Hive is that place I will never leave. Now my HP is lower than ever. I delegated around 400HP and I already told everyone that Graciadegenios has no more savings, so they should write and save hahaha. Supporting is important.
Today I need glasses, if you go to my wallet, because here we are all free to do so, you will see that I am doing the wrong thing but it is for my glasses. What the company pays me I use it all to pay the rent for the house where I live. I hope to be able to activate more often.
Here I understood that writing is my great strength and little by little I am learning more and more from the best. I feel this is my place, surely it is because this little piece that I have maintained during these years belongs to me.

La exitosa remodelación de la cocina de mi madre será un logro inolvidable para mi que siempre estaré orgullosa de celebrar gracias a Hive
Celebrar el 4to Aniversario junto a #Hive es como pasar el día en tu lugar preferido, es como volver a tu refugio donde eres feliz. Personalmente llegue a hive en plena pandemia después de conocer de forma virtual a Daniel y Enmy. Al principio no comprendí muy bien a donde había llegado, ya que jamás había escuchado hablar de tecnología #blockchain pero poco a poco fue fácil entender que iba a ser dueña de algo grande, porque aquí si soy dueña. Entiendo que sólo nos pertenece el conocimiento que adquirimos. Ocupense de ello, eso los sacará a flote ante cualquier situación.
Pero en Hive si es posible Soñar con algo más propio, con poder ahorrar, con recibir recompensas en cryptos independientemente del país donde estás. Aquí quiero detenerme un momento, ustedes no tiene idea de cuentas opciones he buscado y todas dicen, bloqueadas para tu país....En fin, aunque no tengas conocimiento de Criptomonedas, tencología blockchain, nodos, nichos, discord, entre tantas variables; aquí todo permanece en tu cuenta, esas ganacias todas estarán ahí hasta que entiendas para que pueden ser usadas y a donde puedes enviarlas.Nadie se las lleva a ninguna parte.
Te lo digo por experiencia propia. Yo, escribí un año entero sin parar. En algunas ocasiones hacia dos o tres post diarios, uno completamente larguísimo acerca de mi crecimiento personal en @GEMS, otro siempre hablando de un tema que me apasiona, el empoderamiento femenino, ese que no habla de si unos somos más que otros, sino en el que todos tenemos valor, de ese, escribí mucho en @Ladiesofhive, comunidad en la que tengo delegada parte de mi HP y recibo ganancias por el trabajo que ellos realizan de curación, es decir, yo durmiendo y ellos generando para mi. Así tal cual como un pasivo que lleva dinero a tu bolsillo sin tu hacer mayor esfuerzo.
Y finalmente me volví apasionada por las sombras, siempre mi tercera publicación del día era el @Shadowhunters.
Así pase todo un año, elevando mi HP a 1600 Hoy digo wow! Fui capaz de hacer y guardar esa cantidad de dinero. Lo más lindo de todo es que desconocía por completo lo que era el Power Down.
No se lo digan a nadie, no le cuenten que es, por su bien jajajajaja ¨Literal¨ fue por mi bien. Ese mismo HP que había reunido me sirvió para usarlos cuando nació pequeño mathias, estuve 21 días en el hopital, rezando plenamente por la salud de mi hijo. Recibiendo también hermoso aportes de personas que no conocía, pero me habían leído constantemente en la plataforma. Y sintieron la necesidad de aportar en una hermosa campaña de apoyo para mi y pequeño mathias.
Lo recuerdo como si fuera ayer, y ya Mathias va a cumplir 3 años este 16 de Mayo. Sueña, Cree y ocúpate siempre. Aquí en Hive siempre vas a estar ocupado creando. Y no olvides Sonríe aunque se te vean las líneas de expresión como a mi jajaja Todo lo que hagas vale la pena.
Yo había escuchado el tema de los ahorros, pero realmente wow! No sabía que es dinero estaba allí jajaja se los juro. Luego de que todo pasara logre elevar mi HP de nuevo a 1200 Pero mi padre y mi madre enfermaron fuerte del Covid cuando Mathias tenía apenas 4 meses, así que adiós ahorros de nuevo.
Aún así, en Diciembre del 2022 me di la tarea y el lujo, de poder remodelar la cocina de mis padres, ella me gritaba auxilio, escribe más post en Hive. En esos días hermosos, estuve entre dos de mis pasiones, Hive y las escuelas. Por supuesto tuve la dicha de estar detrás de cámaras escuchando a @Danielvehe dar sus charlas de #HiveVaAlaEscuela.
No les voy a mentir, Discord casi no lo visito, porque soy señora mayor.. No es cierto, siempre me olvido aunque me llegan todas y cada una de las notificaciones de esos maravillosos encuentros y programas donde te puedes dar a conocer, reir, leer, llorar, hechar cuentos y chistes, meditar, participar y ganar. Yo me estoy perdiendo de esa poderosa herramienta por lenta.
Hoy no queria faltar a esta celebración en mi lugar favorito. He estado unos meses un poco intermitente en mis publicaciones, ya que justamente gracias a Hive aprendí a crear contendio de valor, aplicar un poco todo el tema de marca personal, y crear o al menos comprender, que es lo importante para hacer un buen marketing.
Entonces desde hace dos años y medio me contrato una compañia, que lleva un proyecto, el cuál basicamente hace desarrollos y su fuerte inicial fue un token, ahora ya ha crecido. Lo cierto es que, ellos estaban iniciando y yo aplique para el trabajo, en plena entrevista vía zoom, las preguntas básicas fueron:

Yo: A crear contenido en #Hive
OMD : ¿Qué es Hive?
Yo: Es una red social, creada en la web 3, Libre de censura. donde debes crear contenido de calidad, y es valora por los usuarios, comunidades, y ballenas que hacen vida en la plataforma. Existe una piscina de recompensas y todos ganamos de allí.
OMD: ¿Tienen un CEO?
Yo: ¿Disculpe? Me podría describir esa figura.
OMD: Un Jefe. Director ejecutivo de proyecto
Yo: Ah no. Para nada. Creas contenido de forma libre. La calidad de tu contenido se verá en tus votos y eso en tus ganancias.
Ganas en Hive que es una criptomoneda, y la puedes pasar a Binance, y también ganamos en HBD que es una stablecoins.
Hubo un silencio que me preocupó muchísimo. Por un momento pensé. Que estoy haciendo, parece que estoy vendiendo a #Hive en lugar de....
OMD: Está Contratada. Pronto recibirá su contrato.
Yo no salía del asombro, realmente mi primo me dijo envía tu currículo, es trabajo freelance. Estaba en desconocimiento de que iba a hacer ahí. Pero justamente la empresa estaba en búsqueda de Community Managers o personas con un perfil similar para capacitarlos. Soy responsable de los Community Managers desde hace un año. Y de Hive me lleve a esa empresa, hasta que no podemos hacer plagio en esos contenidos, ni usar imágenes que no son propias.
Pero así es #Hive, hablamos de ella con tanto frenesí que se nos olvida por un momento que existen otros proyectos con miras de hacerse grandes. Ellos me aceptan así.
También andaba en cosas personales estos últimos meses. Pero sin duda alguna, #Hive es ese lugar del que nunca me iré. Ahora mi HP está más bajo que nunca. Alrededor de 400HP los delegue y ya les dije a todos que graciadegenios no tiene más ahorros, que escriban ellos y ahorren jajaja. Apoyar es importante.
Hoy me urgen unos lentes, si vas a mi wallet, porque acá todos somos libres de hacerlo, verás que estoy haciendo lo indebido pero es para mis lentes. Lo que me ´paga la compañia lo uso todo para pagar el alquiler de la casa donde vivo. Espero poder activarme más seguido.
Aquí entendí que escirbir es mi gran fortaleza y poco a poco voy aprendiendo más y más de los los mejores. Siento este como mi lugar, seguro es porque me pertenece este pedacito que he mantenido durante estos años.
