El trabajo para dar a conocer el ecosistema de Hive en Venezuela continua, luego de las experiencias y el networking logrado en los eventos masivos, es normal que las universidades se interesen en este tema de gran impacto como lo es la web 3, blockchain e Hive como la puerta de entrada a todo ese conocimiento tecnológico y de oportunidades que existen en este ecosistema.
LaraFest, la Puerta de Entrada
El networking siempre es una de las principales tareas dentro del equipo de Barquisimeto, en los eventos donde la afluencia de personas es significativa, siempre está un equipo dispuesto a hacer esa conexión entre empresas e instituciones que puedan interesarse en Hive.
La Universidad Yacambú, una universidad privada, dispuso de un stand dentro del LaraFest, por lo que su abordaje fue relativamente fácil, sobre todo, porque una profesora (María Mukura) indicó que una de las materias que ella ofrecía a los estudiantes se llama "blockchain empresarial", la profesora fue cordialmente invitada a las charlas sobre Hive dentro del evento y así se despertó el interés y se realizaron las primeras conversaciones para ejecutar un plan de acción dentro de la universidad Yacambú.
Hive Talk University (Yacambú, Ciencias Económicas)
El equipo de @hiversbqto fue invitado a la semana aniversario de la institución, participando en un evento llamado Expomercadeo, en donde se obtuvo un espacio para hablarle a las autoridades de esa y demás facultades sobre lo que es web 3 y un rápido, pero concreto resumen de Hive y de sus ventajas como tambíen oportunidades tanto para los estudiantes como de manera institucional.
Se otorgaron obsequios a algunos estudiantes y a las principales autoridades de todas las facultades de la Universidad Yacambú, hubo momento de fotografías y de intercambio de ideas.
Receptividad de Hive
El objetivo de las conferencias de Hive Talk University, es captar la atención de estudiantes, profesores y autoridades universitarias, en ese sentido, todos en la sala de conferencia deseaban conocer más de Hive y de como se podía integrar a los estudiantes a la plataforma, el objetivo fue logrado siendo importante debido a que las diferentes facultades como ciencias jurídicas y políticas e ingeniería estaban representadas además de la facultad de ciencias económicas, lo cual representa tres casas de estudios que se interesaron en Hive.
Segundo Día y receptividad del Rector de la Universidad
Participamos en otro día de evento en el cual se realizó la misma conferencia, pero un poco más resumida, el objetivo de este día fue captar la atención de los estudiantes y del rector de la universidad con la colocación de un pequeño stand en la universidad, en donde se repartieron diversos regalos de Hive a los estudiantes y profesores.
El rector abrió completamente las puertas de la universidad, diciendo que deseaba más encuentros, cursos, seminarios y demás actividades(exclusivas de Hive) dentro de la Universidad Yacambú, siendo este momento en el cual los objetivos del primer acercamiento como Hive Talk University se cumple a cabalidad.
Los Estudiantes
Los estudiantes estuvieron interesados, a pesar de que debía realizar sus propias actividades y demostraciones dentro de las instalaciones, todos notaron la presencia de Hive dentro de la universidad, muchos de ellos se acercaron al stand, se les atendió como es debido y se captó la atención de muchos estudiantes.
Certificado de Agradecimiento a Hive
Uno de los mejores momentos del segundo día de visita a la Universidad Yacambpu fue cuando se otorga a Hive un certificado de agradecimiento, firmado y sellado por las principales autoridades universitarias. Para el equipo algo significativo e importante, debido a que se reconoce la labor dentro de esta universidad, además de acentuar el interés de las autoridades a realizar trabajos en conjunto en materias como onboardig y desarrollo de proyectos.
Próximos Pasos:
La estrategia es seguir un plan definido en un Roadmap, para la adopción de las universidades, en esta etapa temprana en la que se encuentra la Universidad Yacambú la estrategia consiste en lo siguiente:
Participar en los eventos en los que el equipo de Hivers serán invitados:
Debido al gran interés, es altamente posible que se reciban diversas invitaciones a esta universidad, en las cuales serán gratamente atendidas por el equipo de miembros de Hive en Barquisimeto, a pesar de que esta universidad se encuentra en la ciudad vecina de Cabudare.
Capacitación de Profesores y Estudiantes:
Esta estrategia consiste en capacitar un grupo de estudiantes o profesores para que funcionen como autopista de información dentro de la universidad, debido a que son diferentes facultades, se elegirá un grupo de cada facultad para ser capacitado personalmente por el equipo de Hivers sobre Hive y Web3.
Onboarding:
Luego de estos pasos se realizará un proceso de Onboardig masivo con ayuda de las autoridades de las diferentes facultades de la universidad, una vez captada la atención de los estudiantes y hecha las capacitaciones básicas se les dará la correcta bienvenida a la comunidad de Hive.
Para esta ardua tarea contamos con el apoyo del Witness @hispapro, el cual en conjunto con el equipo de Barquisimeto, abordará la mejor estrategia de onboarding.
Desarrollo de Proyectos en Conjunto:
Esta estrategia plantea realizar proyectos de desarrollo en conjunto con esta universidad, realizando una medición de sus necesidades para la búsqueda de soluciones dentro de la blockchain de Hive.
Uno de los principales objetivos es la adopción del HBD como medio de pago para los cursos y diplomados, debido a que la universidad no solo tiene estudiantes dentro de Venezuela, también en diferentes países en América y Europa, por lo que el HBD puede ser el puente necesario para aliviar las finanzas universitarias debido a todas las restricciones que la moneda local (Bolívar) posee.
Además, es factible que el HBD se proponga como una alternativa de pago para los estudiantes, debido a que es una Universidad Privada con cuotas trimestrales.
Desarrollo de Dapps:
En esta universidad es posible plantear el desarrollo de Dapps, no solo para la institución, también se les incentivará a los estudiantes de ingeniería y ciencias económicas a formar equipos para realizar sus propias Dapps como proyectos universitarios.
Conclusiones:
El arduo trabajo continuará debido a que es un proceso largo, con diferentes planteamientos e incluso diferentes estrategias de abordaje sobre cada universidad, sin embargo, el equipo se siente totalmente cómodo y con la mayor disposición de llevar este estilo de estrategia de Marketing para todas las universidades de Barquisimeto y las ciudades cercanas, para así poder avanzar a otras partes de Venezuela con la misma estrategia y enfoque que beneficie tanto a las diferentes instituciones como también al ecosistema de Hive en General.
Gracias a todos por el inmenso apoyo en este trabajo que sin dudas puede marcar una diferencia muy notable en toda Venezuela y en Hive.

We participated in another day of event in which the same conference was held, but a little more summarized, the objective of this day was to capture the attention of students and the rector of the university with the placement of a small stand at the university, where various Hive gifts were distributed to students and teachers.
The rector opened completely the doors of the university, saying that he wished more meetings, courses, seminars and other activities (exclusive of Hive) within the Yacambú University, being this moment in which the objectives of the first approach as Hive Talk University are fully met.
The Students
The students were interested, even though they had to do their own activities and demonstrations inside the facilities, they all noticed the presence of Hive inside the university, many of them approached the booth, they were taken care of properly and the attention of many students was captured.

One of the best moments of the second day of the visit to Yacambpu University was when Hive was given a certificate of appreciation, signed and sealed by the main university authorities. For the team, this is something significant and important, because it recognizes the work within this university, in addition to emphasize the interest of the authorities to work together in areas such as onboarding and project development.
Next Steps:

One of the main objectives is the adoption of HBD as a means of payment for courses and diplomas, because the university not only has students in Venezuela, but also in different countries in America and Europe, so HBD can be the necessary bridge to alleviate the university finances due to all the restrictions that the local currency (Bolivar) has.
In addition, it is feasible that HBD is proposed as a payment alternative for students, due to the fact that it is a Private University with quarterly fees.
Dapps development:
In this university it is possible to propose the development of Dapps, not only for the institution, also engineering and economics students will be encouraged to form teams to make their own Dapps as university projects.
Conclusions:
The hard work will continue because it is a long process, with different approaches and even different strategies of approach on each university, however, the team feels totally comfortable and with the greatest willingness to bring this style of Marketing strategy for all universities in Barquisimeto and nearby cities, so we can move forward to other parts of Venezuela with the same strategy and approach that benefits both the different institutions as well as the Hive ecosystem in General.
