Hola mis queridos amigos HIVERS talentosos y emprendedores de esta comunidad hive.
Aquí les traigo un homenaje promovido a tres HIVERS venezolanos, que a mi criterio tiene cualidades y bondades importante para crecer en esta hermosa comunidad.
Hello my dear talented and enterprising HIVERS friends of this hive community.
Here I bring you a tribute promoted to three Venezuelan HIVERS, who in my opinion have important qualities and goodness to grow in this beautiful community.
Hivers Inspiradores
En el desarrollo de esta comunidad de Loving Hive he visto que se han promovido varias iniciativas para rendir homenajes a varios hivers y a comunidades en especial. Por eso mi inquietud es ver que falta el reconocimiento y la constancia que tienen muchos HIVERS en las distintas comunidades y que con el transcurso del tiempo se le debe reconocer su excelentes trabajo como lideres, administradores y nuevos talentos que durante los grupos del chat dan su apoyo, recomendaciones e instruyen a como funcionar en las comunidades para no tener ningún error que los desanime y que les influyan moralmente a abandonar esta prodigiosa red comunicacional, talentosa y emprendedora.
Esta iniciativa de homenajear, es observó la calidad de talentos humanos y la humildad de expresión, su calidez y apoyo de algunos de ellos que permiten y están pendientes que otros hivers para que crezcan y sean prósperos en sus publicaciones y trabajos a realizar. En esto quiero insistir que se debe tomar en cuenta este homenaje para otros hivers, y que no dejando de valorar a otros que tiene los mismos criterios, pero que el debido tiempo se valoraran y más adelante en un próximo post mencionaré.
Inspirational Hivers
In the development of this Loving Hive community I have seen that several initiatives have been promoted to pay tribute to various hivers and communities in particular. That is why my concern is to see the lack of recognition and constancy that many HIVERS have in the different communities and that over time they should be recognized for their excellent work as leaders, administrators and new talents that during the chat groups give their support, recommendations and instruct how to function in the communities to not have any error that discourages them and that morally influence them to abandon this prodigious communicational, talented and enterprising network.
This initiative to pay tribute, is to observe the quality of human talents and humility of expression, their warmth and support of some of them that allow and are pending that other hivers to grow and be prosperous in their publications and work to be done. In this I want to insist that this tribute should be taken into account for other hivers, and not failing to value others who have the same criteria, but that due time will be valued and later in a future post I will mention.

Ha sido una de las venezolanas que ha mantenido su constancia y apego al trabajo que desarrolla en esta plataforma con mucha visión futurista y de excelencia . Además apoya a los nuevos hivers con las recomendaciones necesarias para que cada uno active sus propias potencialidades, siempre se nota su apoyo y pronta respuesta a cualquier ayuda planteada por cualquiera que lo requiere y pendiente de pasar alguna información, iniciativa, nuevas presentaciones, retos y otros métodos, es muy tolerante, respetuosa y valora el esfuerzo y comenta el trabajo que se emprende en cada presentación. Es uno de los ejemplos de los Hivers venezolanos a seguir y darles las gracias y por su constancia, amistad, humildad, apoyo y cariño hacia los demás durante cada tema sugerido en las diferentes comunidades. Su frase o eslogan “hay que escribir y ser constante para hacer comunidad”.

She has been one of the Venezuelans who has maintained her constancy and attachment to the work she develops on this platform with a lot of futuristic vision and excellence. In addition, she supports the new hivers with the necessary recommendations for each one to activate their own potential, her support and prompt response to any help raised by anyone who requires it and pending to pass some information, initiative, new presentations, challenges and other methods, is very tolerant, respectful and values the effort and comments on the work that is undertaken in each presentation. She is one of the examples of the Venezuelan Hivers to follow and thank them for their constancy, friendship, humility, support and affection towards others during each topic suggested in the different communities. En segundo lugar visualizo el trabajo encomendable de @danilevehe, el cual es unos de los administradores de @rutacambios y que día a día esta siempre pendiente de cualquier duda y sugerencia para los ruteros a la hora de cambiar, también su trabajo de calidad con los post expuestos como instructivos que permiten más claridad y entendimiento a los nuevos hivers que comienzan en la comunidad hive. Es una persona muy alegre humilde y organizada, pero con mucha experiencia en hive que le permite promover sus conocimientos para ayudar y apoyar a los que se encuentran atados por cualquiera duda que les impiden avanzar y explotar sus potencialidades en las distintas temas para hacer comunidad. Gracias a su constancia y dedicación, esperando mantener su trabajo y los valores que les amerita a su gran personalidad. Su frase que mantiene a la hora después de un cambio en @rutacambios es; “ triunfo el mal”...

Secondly I visualize the commendable work of @danilevehe, which is one of the administrators of @rutacambios and that day by day is always aware of any questions and suggestions for the routers when it comes to change, also his quality work with the posts exposed as instructive that allow more clarity and understanding to new hivers who start in the hive community. He is a very cheerful, humble and organized person, but with a lot of experience in hive that allows him to promote his knowledge to help and support those who are tied by any doubt that prevent them from advancing and exploit their potential in the various topics to make community. Thanks to his constancy and dedication, he hopes to maintain his work and the values that merit his great personality. His phrase that he keeps at the time after a change in @rutacambios is; "triumph of evil"....

En tercer lugar esta amiga HIVERS @maleidamarcano moderadora de la comunidad poetic universe, es una persona muy allegada a mis vínculos familiares, ha sido un pilar fundamental en mi iniciativa para incursionar en la comunidad de hive. Ha promovido a mis insistencias para yo seguir adelante en este medio, ya que por un tiempo tuve varios percances familiares y personales, y también que no tenia acceso a los medios tecnológicos y al internet, el cual me había alejado de continuar y seguir el rumbo y el ritmo que durante el año 2020 ya estaba logrando. En mi criterio a ayudado a varios hivers a seguir y asesorando con mucha humildad y paciencia a los que la requieren. Ha sido constante y consecuente con sus post que promueve y las potencialidades que ha alcanzado en la hora de publicar e interactuar en les redes y las diferentes comunidades. Siempre tiene una sonrisa y una respuesta a lo preguntado o dudas que se les plantea y la humildad, la sencillez y el apego al trabajo es la membresia de su estatus y logros en hive a pesar de las situación familiar de salud que hoy esta atrevesando con su querido padre. Dios la siga bendiciendo y su eslogan y saludos finales en los post es ; "Su amiga la La Poetisa La Flor Pálida M.M."**
