On Saturday June 24, despite being a non-working holiday, we were full busy doing what we love, talking about #hive, the #lacasitahive team went to the civil protection facilities to give an introductory talk to the #hive ecosystem, when we arrived at the place, we could notice the interest in those present, so without much waiting we set up the audiovisual equipment.
The group had to be divided in two, because for those who do not know, the weekend we had a storm warning passing through the coast of Venezuela, and being this the entity in charge of this type of contingencies, the staff was deployed throughout the state, so a group would arrive in the afternoon.
In recent times we have heard about what is the #web3, but not everyone knows what it is, even we dare to think that the vast majority do not know that this is a better structured web than the 2. 0, with full freedom and control of your data, in addition to providing more attention to the people who use it, allowing them to have more interaction, and making this, something much more personalized, we know that it is new and is in full development, so we invite people who still do not know about it to be part of this wonderful experience, so we begin our talk.
Once captured the attention of those present we first made a brief outline of what cryptocurrencies are, their history and importance, then we took a walk through the process of evolution of the web, and explained what is web 1.0, what is web 2.0 and finally web 3.0, we also talked about how you can get to take advantage of it.
Another point that we touch on in these talks is how to leave aside that proprietary web 2.0, where you simply do not own absolutely nothing, and of course where the profits are only for the owner, contrary to what happens in the web 3.0, specifically in our ecosystem #hive, which guarantees freedom of expression, that in web3 you own your data and the wonderful possibility of scaling in these networks that have the ability to help us all to rediscover ourselves and to grow and develop as human beings.
After having some terms clear for those present, another of the guys from the team proceeded to immerse us in what is the #hive ecosystem, of course we also taught them everything about the currencies that we manage within our ecosystem, the #hive and the #hbd, their uses, and a wonderful advantage that one of them has here in Venezuela, We talked to them about how through this "stable coins" they can achieve something that most Venezuelans have lost, which is the ability to save, since one of its benefits is that it is anchored to the U.S. dollar, thus preventing our money from devaluing, perhaps for other people in the world this does not have much meaning, but in the Venezuelan economy this is a real advantage for us.
We also talk about the different communities in which they can make a niche, how to get involved and grow within them, commenting, interacting with others to become visible, to be known, especially when you are starting, during the talk we talk about many things, but we try to explain as simply as possible to get the message, we know that everything can not be learned in a day or two, but we know and we make them understand the attendees, that this is only achieved with practice.
What is the #lacasitahive team looking for with these talks, first: To capture the real interest of the attendees. Second: Once interested we want them to get involved in a direct way, that's why although we guide them when creating their accounts, we guide them, but they are the ones who really create them, we also seek that these people who join the ecosystem become aware that this is a valuable tool, which represents a real change in their lives, because we make them see that to the attendees, because we tell our own experiences, to make them all understand that it is not just about publishing content, it is about going much further, it is that in this ecosystem we can develop technology, we can be better people, and that it is only with its constant use, that we can make them discover themselves, we always tell them to keep the date they start, to make the comparison later, and they can notice the change, the evolution they are having, which is something that is not achieved from one day to the other, but it is possible.
In this talk there are many topics that are addressed, in relation to our ecosystem and we try to be as didactic as possible, we have already taken them to different places, because the #lacasitahive project has set a north, We want to achieve that at least 3% of our population in the state of Sucre-Venezuela can assume the ecosystem as part of their daily life, in a period of six months, we want to add, because little is known about #hive in this state, therefore we must educate, prepare and then massify and that is the main goal of the #lacasitahive project.
We continue working, contributing our grain of sand in favor of the massification of this wonderful technology.
This time it was the turn of the personnel of the civil protection of the state of Sucre-Venezuela, an entity in charge of disaster relief, catastrophes, and emergencies, among others, who asked us to help them enter the ecosystem.
So we first held a meeting with its director and then the team moved to its facilities, it was really an excellent group, which clarified all their doubts, some of them have already created their user accounts and are about to publish, next Wednesday we will have a second meeting, where we will teach them how to make their presentation post within the ecosystem, we are sure that this is the right path, so the #lacasitahive project remains at the forefront in the massification of the #hive ecosystem.

El día sábado 24 de junio, a pesar de ser día feriado no laborable, estuvimos full ocupados haciendo lo que más nos gusta, hablar sobre #hive, el equipo de #lacasitahive se dirigió a las instalaciones de protección civil para dar una charla de introducción al ecosistema #hive, cuando llegamos al lugar, pudimos notar el interés en los presentes, así que sin mucho esperar nos dispusimos a instalar los equipos audiovisuales.
El grupo tuvo que ser dividido en dos, ya que para los que no lo saben, el fin de semana tuvimos una alerta de tormenta pasando por las costas de Venezuela, y siendo este el ente encargado de este tipo de contingencias, el personal se encontraba desplegado por todo el estado, así que un grupo llegaría en horas de la tarde.
En estos últimos tiempos hemos escuchado hablar de lo que es la #web3, pero no todos saben de lo qué se trata, incluso nos atrevemos a pensar que la gran mayoría desconoce que está es una web mejor estructurada que la 2.0, con plena libertad y control de tus datos, además de brindarle más atención a las personas que la usan, permitiéndoles tener más interacción, y haciendo de esta, algo mucho más personalizado, sabemos que es lo nuevo y está en total desarrollo, por lo tanto les hacemos una invitación a las personas que aún desconocen de ella a que sean parte de esta experiencia maravillosa, así iniciamos nuestra charla.
Una vez captada la atención de los presentes hicimos primero un pequeño esbozo sobre lo que son las criptomonedas, su historia e importancia, Seguidamente dimos un paseo por el proceso de evolución de la web, y les explicamos que es la web 1.0, que es la web 2.0 y finalmente la web 3.0, también les hablamos de como se puede llegar a aprovecharla.
Otro punto que tocamos en estás charlas es como deben dejar a un lado esa web 2.0 privativa, en la que simplemente no eres dueño de absolutamente nada, y por supuesto en dónde las ganancias únicamente son para el dueño, caso contrario a lo que sucede en la web 3.0, específicamente en nuestro ecosistema #hive, que garantiza la libertad de expresión, que en web3 eres dueño de tus datos y la maravillosa posibilidad de escalar en estas redes que tienen la capacidad de ayudarnos a todos a redescubrirnos a nosotros mismos y a crecer y desarrollarnos como seres humanos.
Luego de tener bien en claro algunos términos para los presentes, otro de los chicos del equipo procedió a sumergirnos dentro de lo que es el ecosistema #hive, por supuesto también les enseñamos todo lo referente a las monedas que manejamos dentro de nuestro ecosistema, el #hive y el #hbd, de sus usos, y de una ventaja maravillosa que tiene una de ellas acá en Venezuela, les hablamos de como a través del este "stable coins" pueden lograr algo que hemos perdido la mayoría de los venezolanos, que es la capacidad del ahorro, ya que uno de sus beneficios, es que está anclada al dólar americano, evitando así que nuestro dinero se devalúe, tal vez para otras personas en el mundo esto no tenga mayor significado, pero en la economía venezolana esto constituye una verdadera ventaja para nosotros.
También se les habla de las diferentes comunidades en las que pueden hacer nicho, de como se deben involucrar y crecer dentro de ellas, comentando, interactuando con los demás para hacerse visibles, para darse a conocer, sobre todo cuando se está iniciando, durante la charla hablamos de muchas cosas, pero tratamos de explicarles de la manera más sencilla posible para lograr que capten el mensaje, sabemos que todo no se puede aprender en un día o dos, pero si sabemos y se los hacemos entender a los asistentes, que esto solo se logra con la práctica.
¿Qué busca el equipo de #lacasitahive con estas charlas?, primero: Captar el interés real de los asistentes. Segundo: Una vez interesados queremos que se involucren de manera directa, es por eso que si bien los guiamos a la hora de crear sus cuentas, los guiamos, pero son ellos los que realmente las crean, también buscamos que estás personas que se unen al ecosistema se hagan conscientes que está es una herramienta valiosa, que representa un verdadero cambio en sus vidas, porque eso se los hacemos ver a los asistentes, pues contamos nuestras experiencias propias, para hacerles entender a todos que no se trata de solo publicar contenido, se trata de ir mucho más allá, se trata de que en este ecosistema podemos desarrollar tecnología, podemos ser mejores personas, y que es solo con su uso constante, que podemos lograr que se descubran a su mismos, siempre les decimos que guarden la fecha en que inician, para que hagan la comparación más adelante, y puedan notar el cambio, la evolución que van teniendo, que es algo que no se lograr de un día para el otro, pero si es posible.
En esta charla son muchos los temas que se abordan, en relación con nuestro ecosistema y tratamos de ser lo más didácticos posible, ya las hemos llevado a diferentes lugares, porque el proyecto de #lacasitahive tiene fijado un norte, queremos lograr que al menos un 3% de nuestra población en el estado Sucre-Venezuela pueda asumir al ecosistema como parte de su cotidianidad, en un lapso de seis meses, queremos sumar, porque es poco lo que se sabe en materia de #hive en este estado, por tanto debemos educar, preparar y luego masificar y es la meta principal del proyecto #lacasitahive.
Seguimos trabajando, aportando nuestro granito de arena en pro de la masificación de esta maravillosa tecnología.
En está oportunidad le tocó el turno al personal de la protección civil del estado Sucre-Venezuela, un ente encargado de la atención de desastres, catástrofes, y emergencias entre otros, quienes nos pidieron que los ayudáramos a entrar al ecosistema.
Por eso sostuvimos primero una reunión con su director y luego el equipo se trasladó hasta sus instalaciones, realmente fue un grupo excelente, el cual aclaró todas sus dudas, algunos de ellos ya crearon sus cuentas de usuarios y están próximos a publicar, el próximo miércoles tendremos un segundo encuentro, dónde les enseñaremos como realizar su post de presentación dentro del ecosistema, estamos seguro que este es el camino correcto, por eso el proyecto #lacasitahive sigue a la vanguardia en la masificación del ecosistema #hive.
Al momento de redactar esta publicación ya el director del instituto @envillalba había hecho su presentación en el ecosistema.
