Mi nombre es Luisana Valentina Guillen Granados (ig: luisana_vgg), tengo 19 años y nací el 8 de enero en Nueva Esparta-Venezuela, Un hermoso y encantador lugar.
Empecé mis estudios a la edad de 5 y medio casi 6 años, estudié toda la primaria en Nueva Esparta (lugar donde nací) pero al pasar a la secundaria a los 12 años me mude al estado Amazonas, que es donde se encontraba gran parte de la familia de mi papá, ahí estuve toda mi adolescencia.
My name is Luisana Valentina Guillen Granados (ig: luisana_vgg), I am 19 years old and I was born on January 8 in Nueva Esparta-Venezuela, a beautiful and charming place.
I started my studies at the age of 5 and a half almost 6 years old, I studied all of primary school in Nueva Esparta (where I was born) but when I went to secondary school at the age of 12 I moved to the state of Amazonas, which is where a large part of my dad's family, I was there all my adolescence.

Actualmente estoy estudiando en el área de la Salud, fisioterapia para ser más específicos; entonces para tomar la delantera me propuse realizar cursos de distintas áreas aparte de la de mi carrera.
I am currently studying in the area of Health, physiotherapy to be more specific; So to get ahead, I decided to take courses in different areas apart from my career.
Por otro lado, y un poco fuera de la fisioterapia, Tengo interés por el marketing digital, como en el área de diseño gráfico, he realizado cursos de Photoshop y Fireworks, me desempeño muy bien en el área de edición tanto de video como de imagen.
On the other hand, and a little outside of physiotherapy, I have an interest in digital marketing, such as in the area of graphic design, I have taken Photoshop and Fireworks courses, I perform very well in the area of both video and image editing.

Estando en el Liceo, fue donde creció un gran interés en mí por la danza; no un género en específico, sino que cualquier cosa que tuviera que ver con música e interpretación, era totalmente de mi agrado. Empecé a los 13 años y me fue muy bien, estuve en el grupo principal del Liceo y estaba presente en la mayoría de sus eventos.
While at the Lyceum, it was where a great interest in dance grew in me; Not a specific genre, but anything that had to do with music and performance, was totally to my liking. I started when I was 13 and I did very well, I was in the main group at the Liceo and I was present at most of their events.
Luego participé en una academia de amazonas, su nombre es Amazonas Royal Crew, donde experimente de manera más seria distintos género desde contemporáneo a hip hop (muy variable) destaqué hasta llegar al punto de estar en el grupo élite de la academia, nos presentamos en distintos lugares, hubo un día que la academia de Danzas Amazonas (muy reconocida como academia de danza elite en Amazonas) le pidió la colaboración a nuestra academia para usar a dos de sus participantes para se cierre de año, y fui escogida junto con otra compañera.
Then I participated in an Amazon academy, its name is Amazonas Royal Crew, where I more seriously experienced different genres from contemporary to hip hop (very variable) I stood out until I reached the point of being in the elite group of the academy, we performed at different places, there was one day when the Danzas Amazonas academy (very recognized as an elite dance academy in Amazonas) asked our academy for collaboration to use two of its participants to close the year, and I was chosen along with another partner.

El tema era de fantasía (Alicia en el país de las maravillas), dieron los personajes y me tocó representar la reina de corazones, un evento maravilloso donde se integraría teatro y danza, y además donde nos dieron un reconocimiento por tal trabajo.
The theme was fantasy (Alice in Wonderland), they gave the characters and I had to represent the queen of hearts, a wonderful event where theater and dance would be integrated, and also where they gave us recognition for such work.

También participé en una fundación de recreación sin fines de lucro “recreartema.jg”. Estuve desde que llegue a los 12 años. Fue una experiencia muy bonita, primero era recreada para luego pasar a ser recreadora, no tenía precio el bien que hacíamos sin nada a cambio. Varias veces que fuimos a participar en las comunidades, encontrándonos con la emoción y el cariño que los niños te daban; era el regalo más grande que podías recibir.
I also participated in a non-profit recreation foundation “recreartema.jg”. I was there since I was 12 years old. It was a very beautiful experience, first it was recreated and then it became recreative, the good we did without anything in return was priceless. Several times we went to participate in the communities, encountering the emotion and affection that the children gave you; It was the greatest gift you could receive.
Recuerdo un evento que nos invitaron a una escuela, hubo acrobacias como teatro y baile, luego al terminar los niños se acercaron emocionados y había una niña con síndrome de Down que me dio un papelito, y en ese momento yo estaba disfrazada de mimo, en el papelito decía “mimo, te quiero mucho, sigues tus sueños” y tenía un corazón que ella misma había dibujado, fue algo que me llenó el corazón, definitivamente ese tipo de emociones no tienen precio…
I remember an event when they invited us to a school, there were acrobatics like theater and dancing, then at the end the children came up excited and there was a girl with Down syndrome who gave me a piece of paper, and at that moment I was dressed as a mime, in The piece of paper said “mime, I love you very much, follow your dreams” and it had a heart that she had drawn herself, it was something that filled my heart, those types of emotions are definitely priceless…

Empecé cuando tenía 5 años, y mis padres me llevaron porque me llamó la atención el día que acompañé a mi hermano a una clase. Mi primera clase fue para conocer las cosas y no me quedé porque empecé a llorar cuando vi que se iban mis papás, así que lo volví a intentar en otra clase hasta que ya no lloraba cuando veía que se iban.
I started when I was 5 years old, and my parents took me because it caught my attention the day I accompanied my brother to a class. My first class was to learn things and I didn't stay because I started crying when I saw my parents leaving, so I tried again in another class until I no longer cried when I saw them leaving.
Mi primer instrumento fue una maraca que le decían “huevito” porque tenía la forma de un huevo, y de ahí nos enseñaron las notas musicales (do, re, mi, fa, sol, la, sí) y las claves musicales (sol, fa, do). Luego como a los 7 empecé con la flauta dulce, y nos enseñaban las clásicas canciones de músicas los pollitos o estrellita; luego a los 10 años empecé a tocar violín, con él estuve un año, porque luego me gusto la viola (que es un instrumento parecido al violín, pero un poco más grande y grave).

DEPORTE: EL KARATE NO ES SÓLO UN DEPORTE ES UN ESTILO DE VIDA.
SPORTS: KARATE IS NOT JUST A SPORT, IT'S A LIFESTYLE.
Comencé al karate a la edad de 6 años, en un dojo en Nueva Esparta, cerca de donde estudiaba música, empezamos mi hermano y yo porque mi papá había practicado karate.
Recuerdo que en la primera clase sólo me quité los zapatos con pena y no hice más nada, luego si me fui incluyendo y descubrí un mundo donde podía desestresarme o sentirme yo misma, el karate aprendí la disciplina y perseverancia.
I started karate at the age of 6, in a dojo in Nueva Esparta, near where I studied music, my brother and I started because my dad had practiced karate.
I remember that in the first class I only took off my shoes with sadness and did nothing else, then I became more included and discovered a world where I could de-stress or feel like myself, through karate I learned discipline and perseverance.
Luego me fui a un dojo donde conocí al mejor sensei de la historia, el sensei “Antonio Gámez”, quien me enseñó la verdadera esencia del karate, que es más que un deporte, es un estilo de vida. Aprendí tantas cosas con él, desde lo más simple hasta lo más complejo. Fue una persona sumamente importante en mi vida, tanto así que lo llegué a considerar abuelo.
Then I went to a dojo where I met the best sensei in history, sensei “Antonio Gámez”, who taught me the true essence of karate, which is more than a sport, it is a lifestyle. I learned so many things from him, from the simplest to the most complex. He was an extremely important person in my life, so much so that I came to consider him a grandfather.
El sensei Antonio Gámez, fue quién me entregó mi cinturón negro; fue un gran honor para mí recibirlo de sus manos, desafortunadamente al tiempo de haberme ido de Nueva Esparta me llega una noticia que me rompería el corazón, mi abuelo, sensei, la persona más pacifica de la historia, había sufrido un ACV y falleció a los días… Fue una noticia que me entristeció ya que la persona que me había mostrado un camino de vida, había tomado su propio camino de paz… En el karate me fue muy bien y me desempeñé más que todo en el área de kata, fui parte de la selección infantil de karate de Nueva Esparta 5 años consecutivos.
Actualmente llevo 4 años practicando karate, aunque me gustaría retomarlo.
Sensei Antonio Gámez was the one who gave me my black belt; It was a great honor for me to receive it from your hands, unfortunately at the time of leaving Nueva Esparta I received news that would break my heart, my grandfather, sensei, the most peaceful person in history, had suffered a stroke and died at the days... It was news that saddened me since the person who had shown me a path of life, had taken his own path of peace... In karate I did very well and I performed most of all in the kata area, I was Part of the Nueva Esparta children's karate team for 5 consecutive years.
I have currently been practicing karate for 4 years, although I would like to resume it.
