Happy day friends of #hive today we are here again to tell you about a new experience lived with the friends of the polyphonic choir of the state of Sucre-Venezuela.
We finished with the introductory talks about the #hive ecosystem with them, we had a total of four, and once everything was clarified, we met with the purpose of helping them to create their users and start their journey within this incredible ecosystem, we started by saying that they would have to do the process themselves, because they had to demonstrate that they learned what we told them in the talks, so they took their phone devices and began to make their records.
We only complied with a kind of supervision, it was a spectator guide, to ensure that they performed all the steps correctly, I personally never imagined that some of them would create their user so quickly and even without asking questions, and I say this because of the generation gap that exists, since the members of this choir are not children or young people, they are mostly older adults, and it is impressive to see how enthusiastic they are to venture into this ecosystem.
When we were in the place one of them, specifically the friend Alberto or @muellero52 who already made his presentation in the blockchain, told us how excited he was to be part of the blockchain, so he entered one of the spaces of the place and started to sing, and then upload content to his blog,By the way, I must point out that we had to leave the hall because we were in the middle of a strong heat wave and we considered it much better to be outdoors.
Many people ask me daily why we do this work, they even ask us how much they pay us and are surprised to learn that we do not receive monetary rewards, we do it for the satisfaction of feeling that we help, in my case I want to prevent new users to stumble at the beginning as I did, and that demotivates them, because if something I have noticed is that many users start in the blockchain with little knowledge of what it is, and when they make a mistake, or when they do not receive rewards, they abandon, and that is where we have put more emphasis in these talks, we make it clear that this ecosystem should not be seen as a way to get reward, I saw it that way when I started, and now I understand and I let others know that #hive is not just create a publication and that's it, we let them know that in this ecosystem, in addition to creating content, we can develop and discover ourselves.
We explain to these people the many benefits of this blockchain, but we also encourage them not to give up, we tell them that they must move forward, working in a transparent way, that we must leave aside that obsolete web 2.0 that does not allow us to move forward and that above all we must understand that this ecosystem called #hive is here to stay, that it is the future.

Feliz día amigos de #hive hoy estamos nuevamente por estos lados para contarles sobre una nueva experiencia vivida con los amigos de la coral polifónica del estado Sucre-Venezuela.
Ya terminamos con las charlas explicativas de introducción al ecosistema #hive con ellos, tuvimos un total de cuatro, y una vez aclarado todo, nos reunimos con la finalidad de ayudarles a que crearán sus usuarios y así poder iniciar su recorrido dentro de este ecosistema increíble, iniciamos diciendo que serían ellos mismos los que tendrían que realizar el proceso, porque debían demostrar que aprendieron lo que les dijimos en las charlas, así que tomaron sus dispositivos telefónicos y comenzaron ha realizar sus registros.
Nosotros solo cumplimos con una especie más que de supervisión, fue de guía espectador, para asegurarnos que realizaron todos los pasos de manera acertada, yo a modo personal nunca me imaginé que algunos de ellos crearían su usuario de manera tan rápida e incluso sin hacer preguntas, y eso lo digo por la brecha generacional que existe, ya que los integrantes de esta coral no son niños, ni jóvenes, se trata en su gran mayoría de adultos mayores, e impresiona ver lo entusiasmados que están de incursionar en este ecosistema.
Cuando estábamos en el lugar uno de ellos, específicamente el amigo Alberto o @muellero52 quien ya hizo su presentación en la blockchain, nos dijo lo emocionado que estaba de poder estar formando parte de la blockchain, así que entro en uno de los espacios del lugar e inicio a cantar, para luego subir contenido a su blog, por cierto debo acotar que tuvimos que salir del salón ya que nos encontramos en medio de una fuerte ola de calor y consideramos mucho mejor estar al aire libre.
Muchas personas me preguntan a diario porque hacemos este trabajo, incluso llegan a preguntarnos cuánto nos pagan y se sorprenden al saber que no recibimos recompensas monetarias, que lo hacemos por la satisfacción de sentir, que ayudamos, en mi caso quiero evitar que los nuevos usuarios se tropiecen en su inicio como lo hice yo, y que los desmotiva, porque si algo he podido notar es que muchísimos usuarios inician en la blockchain con poco conocimiento de lo que se trata, y cuando cometen algún error, o cuando no reciben recompensas, abandonan, y es allí donde más énfasis hemos puesto en estás charlas, les dejamos bien en claro que este ecosistema no debe verse como una forma de obtener recompensa, yo lo veía así cuando inicie, y ahora entiendo y les hago saber a los demás que #hive no es solo crear una publicación y ya, les hacemos saber que en este ecosistema, además de la creación de contenido, podemos desarrollarnos y descubrirnos.
Les explicamos a estas personas la cantidad de bondades con las que cuenta esta blockchain, pero también los incentivamos a no decaer, les decimos que deben seguir adelante, trabajando de manera transparente, que debemos dejar de lado esa web 2.0 obsoleta que no nos permite avanzar y que sobretodo debemos entender que este ecosistema llamado #hive llegó para quedarse, que es el futuro.
