Bienvenidos a una exposición mas de nuestro equipo, #LaCasitaHive impartiendo cursos y guias a los ciudadanos el dia de hoy en la ciudad Cumaná, Estado Sucre, Venezuela.
Me hace feliz anunciar que hoy, hemos podido impartir nuestro foro en la Polifonica de Cumaná, Un grupo increíble de artistas, musicos y sobre todo cantantes han querido sumarse a nuestra iniciativa.
Muchos diran que los adultos mayores no entenderan nada o no se verían interesados en adoptar la web 3.0 en sus vidas, pero al contrario, estan super entusiasmados por ser parte de ella y lograr aprender sobre que es Hive y como ser parte de ella.
No dudamos en ningún momento en ir a enseñarles y explicarles todo lo necesario para su incursión en nuestra gran familia HIVE ya que creemos firmemente que todos tienen potencial, sin importarla edad, etnia, religión e ideologia, todos tenemos nuestro valor y aspiración.
INICIO DE LA CONFERENCIA
Empezamos el foro a las 3:00 PM, con gran entusiasmo, por parte de nuestro compañero @gilliatt, dando la bienvenida e inicio a la conferencia a todos los participantes y con una introducción de lo que es Hive, sus objetivos y beneficios a nivel social, personal, economico y de inversión y que son las contraseñas de Hive y la importancia del guardarlas apropiadamente.
Si me he fijado que muchos de los participantes anotaban en sus cuadernos y teléfonos la información compartida por nuestro compañero, y cada vez mas interesados en el ecosistema de Hive.
Este dia se nos une al foro nuestro amigo y compañero @kirogames, que ha pesar de estar ausente un poco en la plataforma debido a nuestros proyectos universitarios (tesis), dio una buena explicación referente a la evolución de las WEB'S, la evolución tecnologica y el impacto que ha tenido la Web 3.0 de forma positiva en ambitos, tecnologicos, sociales, laborales y mucho otros.
Se le agradece mucho su participación, apoyo como miembro del equipo.
Me gusta pensar en autoevaluarme de la forma mas realista posible, es decir estoy siendo lo mas transparente posible.
El pararme ese dia estuvo lleno de emociones, el corazón me latio velozmente, pero apenas se me cedió mi turno y empece a hablar fue algo tan natural y emocionante para mi.
Mi objetivo fue conectar con el publico, directamente, mi tema a explicar fue sobre las comunidades en Hive, la oportunidad de que las personas puedan explorar y poder demostrar sus habilidades, pasiones, ideas y visiones a futuro con otras personas a nivel mundial, tambien mencione las reglas de las comunidades y el respeto que hay que tomar en cuenta a la hora de ser parte de ellas.
Si pude notar el interés que tuvieron los señores y señoras en querer hacerce escuchar, ver y conocer en la plataforma y esa emoción y ganas de querer lograrlo fue lo que me inspira en seguir dando estas conferencias, me inspira a querer ser mejor cada dia por que asi puedo apoyar a quienes lo necesiten. 😁
Para ir culminando el foro, nuestra compañera @mayifiestas nos explico sobre los beneficios de Hive, recomendaciones para ser parte de Hive y su experiencia personal en la plataforma.
En este momento las personas se sintieron comodos, algunos hivers dentro de la sala contaron su experiencia y hubo un feed-back lleno de energía y entusiasmo.
En ese momento aprovechamos a realizar la sección de preguntas donde los participantes hicieron una gran serie de preguntas y fueron contestado exitosamente.
Para culminar, nos invitaron una serie de botanas para pasar el día y compartir con aquellas personas llenas de historias por contar, ideas para demostrar y realizar y claro, fascinados por escucharlas y apoyarlos.
Hive es para todos. 😁

La pedagogía que usamos fue diferente en este foro, pues nos adaptamos a los participantes a la hora de explicar los términos como la Web, blockchain, Hive, post, criptomoneda, stablecoin, entre otros terminos que se hicieron escuchar dentro de nuestro foro a una explicación sencilla pero entendible y completa.
Logrando asi un entendimiento exitoso (según la crítica), pues a pesar de que aun nos falte mucho por aprender, hemos podido defendernos a la hora de explicar, contestar preguntas y asesorar a estas maravillosas personas donde el arte y la pasión cumanesa circula por su cuerpo y alma.
Sinceramente, me encantaría que pudieramos contar con mas apoyo, aun asi tengamos que valer de nuestros pocos recursos, (aunque si me encantaría llevarles regalos que representen la plataforma), pero al menos gracias a la ayuda de Fundaciones y amigos hemos podido promover nuestro objetivo.
El trabajo de enseñar sobre Hive es tarea de todos, siempre hay que sumar y no restar, y sumamos siempre cuando hacemos un correcto trabajo y honesto.

Welcome to one more exhibition of our team, #LaCasitaHive giving courses and guides to the citizens today in the city of Cumaná, Sucre State, Venezuela.
I am happy to announce that today, we have been able to impart our forum in the Polifonica de Cumana, an incredible group of artists, musicians and especially singers have wanted to join our initiative.
Many would say that older adults would not understand anything or would not be interested in adopting web 3.0 in their lives, but on the contrary, they are super excited to be part of it and get to learn about what Hive is and how to be part of it.
We do not hesitate at any moment to go and teach them and explain them everything they need to know for their incursion into our great HIVE family because we firmly believe that everyone has potential, regardless of age, ethnicity, religion and ideology, we all have our value and aspiration.
START OF THE CONFERENCE
We started the forum at 3:00 PM, with great enthusiasm, by our colleague @gilliatt, welcoming and starting the conference to all participants and with an introduction of what Hive is, its objectives and benefits at social, personal, economic and investment level and what are the Hive passwords and the importance of keeping them properly.
I noticed that many of the participants were writing down in their notebooks and phones the information shared by our colleague, and more and more interested in the Hive ecosystem.
This day we are joined to the forum by our friend and colleague @kirogames, who despite being absent for a while on the platform due to our university projects (thesis), gave a good explanation regarding the evolution of the WEB'S, the technological evolution and the impact that Web 3.0 has had in a positive way in technological, social, labor and many other areas.
His participation and support as a member of the team is greatly appreciated.
I like to think of my self-evaluation as realistically as possible, that is, I am being as transparent as possible.
Standing up that day was full of emotions, my heart was beating fast, but as soon as my turn was given to me and I started to speak it was so natural and exciting for me.
My goal was to connect with the audience, directly, my topic to explain was about the communities in Hive, the opportunity for people to explore and show their skills, passions, ideas and visions for the future with other people worldwide, I also mentioned the rules of the communities and the respect that must be taken into account when being part of them.
If I could notice the interest that the ladies and gentlemen had in wanting to make themselves heard, seen and known on the platform and that excitement and desire to achieve it was what inspires me to continue giving these lectures, inspires me to want to be better every day so I can support those who need it. 😁
To end the forum, our colleague @mayifiestas explained the benefits of Hive, recommendations to be part of Hive and her personal experience on the platform.
At this point people felt comfortable, some hivers in the room told their experience and there was a feed-back full of energy and enthusiasm.
At that time we took the opportunity to conduct the question section where the participants asked a large number of questions and they were answered successfully.
To culminate, we were invited to a series of snacks to spend the day and share with those people full of stories to tell, ideas to demonstrate and realize and of course, fascinated to listen and support them.
Hive is for everyone. 😁

The pedagogy we used was different in this forum, because we adapted to the participants when explaining terms such as the Web, blockchain, Hive, post, cryptocurrency, stablecoin, among other terms that were heard within our forum to a simple but understandable and complete explanation
Achieving a successful understanding (according to the critics), because although we still have much to learn, we have been able to defend ourselves when explaining, answering questions and advising these wonderful people where the art and passion cumanesa circulates through his body and soul.
Sincerely, I would love that we could count with more support, even if we have to rely on our few resources, (although I would love to bring gifts that represent the platform), but at least thanks to the help of foundations and friends we have been able to promote our goal.
The work of teaching about Hive is everyone's task, we always have to add and not subtract, and we always add when we do a correct and honest work.
