In the past, before HF25, curation rewards were reduced by up to 50%, if you upvoted e.g. a comment or a post with a total value less than I think 5 Hive or so. Thus many have voted only on well rewarded posts. Now this is not the case anymore.

Got some Infos though...they are using are PSN Token and ETH is onboard to buy it. But it is not clear if you can sell your PSN Tokens for ETH...i only saw that u can use the tokens for the internal "marketplace". But they announced more blockchains will be on boarding...
I think it's important that you can sell your earned tokens & get real Cryptos...
