I got a few cheap NFTs when it was a big thing and I didn't expect them to hold any value. Can still be fun. I've not got to grips with what Magi is yet.

Its a crosschain liquidity layer. Think of it as a decentralized Binance that has smart contracts and multichain wallet interoperability (which means, you build a game, BTC wallets, EVM wallets, Hive wallets, all interact with the same game).
This was my first experience with it too :) But I’m always thinking about how to connect various Hive projects to create extra synergy, and minting Dead Pet NFTs on Magi makes perfect sense from that perspective.
