Well begun is halfway done, pun intended. I am happy you have achieved this milestone and are on the way to providing necessary water to the high school and the students.
It is ironic that only yesterday the state of California in the USA is reported to be demanding of well owners in the state to meter their water and pay them for it, even though the well owners themselves own the land their wells are on, and paid to install the wells themselves.
It would be prudent IMHO to seek assurances in writing from local government that these wells be forever indemnified against such financial obligations.

I'm glad to know about your excitement over this life-changing project. Thank you sir for the excellent suggestion that we seek a written document to ensure that the Hive wells are used without financial obligations. We will surely work on that.
