Hola amigos bellos y muy apreciados por mí, el día de hoy vengo muy contenta a mostrarles el paso a paso para realizar estos lindos aretes en forma de chancletas. A mí me gusta probar mi capacidad de hacer algunos diseños sin necesidad de recurrir a patrones. Por eso me siento muy feliz cuando logro dar forma con los hilos a una imagen que tengo en memoria.

I like to test my ability to make some designs without resorting to patterns. That's why I feel very happy when I manage to give shape with the threads to an image I have in my memory.

Los buenos diseñadores primero dibujan en papel la figura, a partir de allí van realizando el patrón. Yo todavía no soy experta, así que ese paso siempre lo omito. Me voy directo a crear tejiendo y destejiendo de ser necesario.

Good designers first draw the figure on paper, from there they make the pattern. I'm not an expert yet, so I always skip this step. I go straight to creating, weaving and unweaving if necessary.

Los materiales que usé para realizar esta muestra de aretes en forma de chancletas son: hilo acrílico color blanco, hilo acrílico color rojo, aguja de crochet de 1,60mm, tijeras, tela pop color rojo, pegamento, anzuelo de bisutería y argollas de alambre para bisutería.

The materials I used to make this flip flop earrings sample are: white acrylic thread, red acrylic thread, 1.60mm crochet needle, scissors, red pop fabric, glue, costume jewelry fish hook and costume jewelry wire earrings.

💐 Vamos a empezar tejiendo con el hilo acrílico color rojo, tejemos 7 cadenas. Luego en la segunda cadena contando desde el ganchillo vamos a tejer 2pb (puntos bajos), después 5pb, en la última cadena tejemos 1pb-1aumento (total 3pb). Seguimos ahora por el otro lado de la cadena y tejemos 5pb. Al llegar a la última cadena tejemos 1pb y cerramos en el primer punto de la vuelta con 1pd (punto deslizado).
Para la siguiente vuelta tejemos 1aumento de pb en el primer punto de la vuelta anterior. Seguimos tejiendo solo pb hasta llegar a donde tejimos los 3pb juntos. Allí tejemos 3 aumentos de pb, 1 aumento en cada punto. Seguimos tejiendo solo pb hasta llegar nuevamente al último punto, allí tejeremos 2aumentos de pb (en el antepenúltimo y último punto). Cerramos la vuelta con pd, cortamos el hilo y lo escondemos por detrás del tejido.

💐 Let's start knitting with the red acrylic yarn, we knit 7 chains. Then in the second chain counting from the crochet hook we are going to knit 2bp (low stitches), then 5bp, in the last chain we knit 1bp-1bp (total 3bp). We continue now on the other side of the chain and knit 5 sts. When we reach the last chain we knit 1pb and close in the first stitch of the row with 1pd (slip stitch).
For the next row we knit 1 stitch increase in the first stitch of the previous row. We continue knitting single crochet until we reach the point where we knit 3 sts together. There we knit 3 increases of sts, 1 increase in each stitch. We continue knitting single crochet until we reach the last stitch again, there we will knit 2 increases of stitch (in the second to last and last stitch). Close the row with dp, cut the yarn and hide it at the back of the fabric.

💐 Vamos a decorar las chanclas con un orillo color blanco. Tomamos el hilo, tejemos 1cadena y la pasamos desde abajo con el ganchillo hasta la parte de arriba de la 🩴 chancla. Tejemos a partir de allí solo pd por todo el borde de la chancla. Finalizamos cortando el hilo y escondiendo la hebra.

💐 Una vez que hayamos tejido las dos chancletas (la base) procedemos a realizar el asa que servirá para sostenerla en el pie (no sé cuál es nombre apropiado)
Tomamos el hilo acrílico color blanco, tejemos una cadena y la pasamos con el ganchillo hasta la parte de arriba de la chancla. Tenemos que calcular la distancias en donde vamos a tejer esta asa. Vamos a tejer 5 cadenas desde un extremo, luego tejemos 1pma (punto medio alto) en el medio de la parte alta de la 🩴 chancla y nuevamente 5cadenas que vamos a fijar en el punto diagonal a donde comenzamos.

We take the white acrylic yarn, we weave a chain and we pass it with the crochet hook to the top of the flip flop. We have to calculate the distances where we are going to weave this handle. We are going to knit 5 chains from one end, then we knit 1pma (medium high stitch) in the middle of the top of the 🩴 chancla and again 5chains that we are going to fix in the diagonal stitch to where we started.

💐 Para finalizar montamos ambas chanclas tejidas sobre la tela pop, previamente colocaremos pegamento para fijarlas en la tela. Al secar cortamos el sobrante. Colocamos en el punto de tejido central de la chancla, de la parte del talón, la argolla de alambre y el anzuelo. De esta manera habremos terminado y veremos al fin nuestros hermosos aretes con forma de chanclas tejidas a crochet.

💐 To finish we mount both woven flip flops on the pop fabric, previously we will place glue to fix them on the fabric. When dry we cut the excess. We place on the central knitting point of the flip flop, on the heel part, the wire ring and the hook. In this way we will have finished and we will finally see our beautiful crocheted flip-flop-shaped flip-flops.
