En esta oportunidad es una pulserita que me pidieron y les muestro acá como la hice.
Greetings, dear artisans. I hope you are all doing well and having a good time. Today I am here to teach you how to make a beautiful and simple Miyuki Delica bracelet.
This time, it is a bracelet that someone asked me to make, and here I will show you how I did it.
Los ojitos turcos 🧿, es una moda y llego para quedarse, si bien es muy utilizada como amuleto, en varios países, también es un accesorio que se utiliza por el simple gusto de llevarlo como parte del outfit, se ven lindos en cualquier prenda.
También se pueden realizar en diversos colores, y cada uno lleva consigo un significado, sin embargo, aquí solo hablaremos sobre el ojo turco tradicional el color azul.
Turkish eyes are fashionable and here to stay. Although they are widely used as amulets in several countries, they are also accessories that are worn simply for the pleasure of wearing them as part of an outfit. They look cute with any garment.
They can also be made in different colors, each with its own meaning. However, here we will only talk about the traditional blue Turkish eye.
El ojo turco de color azul, se usa comúnmente para alejar el mal de ojo, alejar energías negativas, la envidia.
Vamos a realizar esta linda pulsera.🧿
The blue Turkish eye is commonly used to ward off the evil eye, negative energies, and envy.
Let's make this cute bracelet.🧿
Los materiales que utilice son los siguientes:
Hilo chino 1 metro
Delica Miyuki (negro, blanco, azul oscuro, azul eléctrico y celeste)
Piedras de 8mmmm doradas (2)
Mostacilla blanco transparente (4)
Hilo blanco de tapicería que también es bueno y resistente para el tejido
Aguja para mostacillas.
The materials I used are as follows:
1 meter of Chinese thread
Miyuki Delica beads (black, white, dark blue, electric blue, and light blue)
8mm gold stones (2)
Transparent white seed beads (4)
White upholstery thread, which is also good and strong for weaving
Beading needle.
Lo primero que realice, fue el dije de ojo turco, más o menos de 1 cm x 0,5 cm, es una pieza pequeña.
Inicie colocando en la aguja 5 delicas Miyuki de color azul oscuro, como muestro en la imagen, luego lo que hice fue unirlas una al lado de la otra, la técnica que utilice es la brick stitch.
The first thing I made was the Turkish eye charm, which is about 1 cm x 0.5 cm, a small piece.
I started by placing 5 dark blue Miyuki Delicas on the needle, as shown in the image, then I joined them side by side using the brick stitch technique.

Seguido, tome dos delicas, como les muestro en la foto y realice mi primer aumento, fije las delicas y quedan así:
Next, I took two Delicas, as shown in the photo, and made my first increase, securing the Delicas so that they looked like this:
Terminé esa hilera y comencé con la otra, repetí el paso anterior, y seguí el tejido hasta culminar esa hilera. Este paso se repite 2 veces más y llegamos a la mitad de la pieza. Así como vemos acá:
I finished that row and started the next one, repeating the previous step and continuing to weave until I finished that row. This step is repeated two more times, and we reach the middle of the piece. As we can see here:

Comenzamos con los decrementos, para ellos nos regresamos a la Delica anterior, pasamos la aguja hacia abajo, luego nos regresamos hacia arriba por la Delica que está al lado de donde salimos y nos ubicamos en la Delica donde vamos a seguir el tejido, suena confuso, pero es fácil.
We begin with the decreases. To do this, we return to the previous Delica, pass the needle down, then return up through the Delica next to where we came out and position ourselves on the Delica where we are going to continue weaving. It sounds confusing, but it's easy.

Al terminar esa hilera, repetimos el decremento explicado anteriormente y seguimos la hilera, este paso lo hacemos 3 veces más hasta completar la figura como la vemos en la imagen. Se ve cuchi.
When we finish that row, we repeat the decrease explained above and continue the row. We do this step three more times until we complete the figure as we see it in the image. It looks cute.
Ahora haremos la pulsera:
Una vez que termínanos el dije, le coloque unos aros en ambos extremos donde colocaremos el hilo chino, utilizamos 50 cm en cada lado, le realice tres nudos estilo serpiente, es muy lindo me gusta, seguidamente coloque dos mostacillones uno en cada hilo, luego repetí tres veces el nudo de serpiente y coloque una piedra dorada.
Now we will make the bracelet:
Once we have finished the charm, we attach rings to both ends where we will place the Chinese thread. We use 50 cm on each side and make three snake-style knots. It's very pretty; I like it. Next, we place two large beads, one on each thread, then repeat the snake knot three times and place a gold stone.

Repetí, el procedimiento en el otro lado del dije, y luego cerré la pulsera con un tejido plano. realice los nudos, corte el exceso de hilo chino y selle y listo.
I repeated the procedure on the other side of the charm, and then closed the bracelet with a flat weave. I made the knots, cut the excess Chinese thread, sealed it, and that's it.
