Me encanta cuando voy a esta tipo de fiestas con temáticas en especial esta que nos hacen recordar estas épocas tan inolvidables, donde la moda son muy diferentes a la de esta época y hay detalles con los que fácilmente puedes volver a ese pasado de muchos recuerdos y con este accesorio me siento muy identificada con esta época , ademas quise utilizar como técnica para su diseño el quilling que tenia bastante tiempo que no ponÃa en practica . Ahora materiales en manos que comenzamos con nuestro paso a paso

Comenzamos con este nuevo proyecto que les comparto hoy y el cual voy a lucir en una fiesta retro, se trata de un colgante en forma de los disco mas antiguo de la época conocidos como dubplate o discos de acetatos creo que con este accesorio me siento identificada con esta época. Iniciamos primeramente cortando la cantidad de tiras necesarias las misma tienen la medida de 4 milÃmetros de ancho y utilice 5 tiras rojas y 10 negras
We start with this new project that I am sharing with you today and which I am going to wear at a retro party, it is a pendant in the shape of the oldest record of the time known as dubplate or acetate records. I think that with this accessory I feel identified with this time. We start first by cutting the necessary number of strips, they are 4 millimeters wide and use 5 red and 10 black strips.
Para este accesorio solo vamos a elaborar una figura básica bien fácil como es el circulo apretado esta fue una con las que me inicie en mis practicas de esta técnica y la hice varias veces hasta que por fin pude dominar. Tomamos la tira roja por uno de sus extremos y la colocamos en la aguja para quilling aunque también lo pueden elaborar utilizando enrollando con los dedos. Vamos a enrollar cada tira y al finalizar aplicamos un poco de pegamento para unir con la siguiente y asà sucesivamente hasta tener enrollado el total de las tiras deseadas
For this accessory we are only going to elaborate a very easy basic figure such as the tight circle. This was one with which I started practicing this technique and I did it several times until I was finally able to master it. We take the red strip by one of its ends and place it on the quilling needle, although it can also be made by rolling it with your fingers. We are going to roll up each strip and at the end we apply a little glue to join with the next one and so on until we have rolled up all the desired strips
Teniendo el centro del disco listo que es en color rojo vamos hacer el cambio de color que en este caso es negro y al igual que hicimos con el circulo anterior en la unión de las tiras también repetimos el mismo paso con las tiras negras, al culminar cada tira aplicamos un poco de pegamento y continuamos enrollando

El siguiente paso es colocar la argolla en la parte superior, lo introducimos con mucho cuidado de no romper el papel y luego le vamos aplicar el pegamento por ambas caras como también por todo el borde, en este caso primeramente le aplique 2 manos para luego pintar con pintura al frió la palabra rock, deje secar la pintura para sellar con una ultima capa de pegamento
The next step is to place the ring on the upper part, we introduce it very carefully so as not to tear the paper and then we are going to apply the glue on both sides as well as on the entire edge, in this case first I applied 2 coats and then painted with cold paint the word rock, let the paint dry to seal with a last layer of glue
Teniendo el colgante bien seco le colocamos el cordón negro y elaboramos un nudo ajustable que sirve para adaptarlo a la medida que nos guste puede ser tipo shocker o como un collar a mi me gusta mas ajustado al cuello
Having the pendant dry, we put the black cord on it and we make an adjustable knot that serves to adapt it to the size we like, it can be shocker type or as a necklace, I like it more tight to the neck.
Ahora si Listo!!! ya culminamos con este hermoso proyecto como fue elaborar un pendiente al mejor estilo retro como es un disco conocido como dupbplate o disco de acetato utilizando para su diseño la tecnica de quilling y con esto ya tengo mi mejor accesorio para lucir en esta fiesta. Espero que sea de su agrado y se animen a realizarlo. Con esmero y dedicación podemos lograr muchas cosas que nos proponemos

Hola @anamariag si supieras que cuando me dijeron que el motivo de la fiesta era retro de inmediato se me ocurrió fue elaborar un accesorio de algo iconico de la época y creo que un dupbplate era el mas indicado, quien no recuerda esos discos de acetatos, no es que sea vieja pero los recuerdos y también baile con ellos jajja.
