Right now there is some kind of issue with sending out the Hive MEME token. I have brought up the issue I am having on steem engine's discord #tech-support. I will issue the token when the problem is resolved.

The goal is the minimum 2,000 BEE cost for a tribe (token staking and bot initialization). Currently @memehive has 1,290 BEE. Besides selling my share of MEME I am powering down and trying to sell some assets on opensea.io to raise the difference. One way or another the tribe will get funded.
Yeah, steem is going downhill or off a cliff. Steem literally banned some of the best talent and biggest supporters off the platform so that's the consequence.
