CASCANUECES, HAZ UNO POR DÍA/NUTCRACKER, MAKE ONE A DAY.

Hola a todos, deseo de todo corazón que estén muy bien. Seguramente están 😳 sorprendidos porque la publicación de hoy trata de un proyecto de tejido navideño 🥴 pues es que si me permiten les cuento. A mediados de diciembre vino una persona a preguntar si yo tejía adornos para el arbolito de Navidad 🎄, por supuesto le dije que sí, pero que se encargaban con tiempo. La persona me pidió alguna referencia y le hablé de algunos proyectos que he tejido antes: bolas o esferas, cascanueces, arbolitos, estrellas, coronas, entre otros. La señora me preguntó si podía tejer unos cascanueces para su arbolito, me dijo que es pequeño. Le respondí que podía mostrarles algunos diseños y le fui dando más o menos los precios. Ella se sorprendió y me dijo que quería algo muy económico. Le gusta el tejido, pero reconoce que son trabajos de alto valor y precio. Así que aquí les voy a compartir el diseño que le ofrecí 😊

Hello everyone, I wish from the bottom of my heart that you are very well. Surely you are 😳 surprised because today's post is about a Christmas knitting project 🥴 well if you allow me to tell you. In mid-December a person came to ask if I knit ornaments for the Christmas tree 🎄, of course I said yes, but that they were ordered in time. The person asked me for some reference and I told her about some projects I have knitted before: balls or spheres, nutcrackers, little trees, stars, wreaths, among others. The lady asked me if I could knit some nutcrackers for her tree, she told me that it is small. I told her that I could show her some designs and I gave her more or less the prices. She was surprised and told me that she wanted something very economical. She likes weaving, but she recognizes that these are high value and high priced works. So here I am going to share with you the design I offered her 😊.

Materiales/Materials.

🍀 Hilos pabilos.
🍀 Aguja de crochet de 2,25mm.
🍀 Aguja lanera.
🍀 Algodón sintético.
🍀 Tijeras.

🍀 Threads wicks.
🍀 Crochet needle of 2,25mm.
🍀 Wool needle.
🍀 Synthetic cotton.
🍀 Scissors.

Procedimiento/Procedure.

🍀 Empecé tejiendo la parte de abajo en color azul. Inicié con 6pb-am. Luego tejí 6aum de pb. La siguiente vuelta fue de 1pb-1aum. Las próximas cinco vueltas fueron de solo pb (18) puntos.
🍀 Hice un cambio de color a rojo antes de cerrar el último punto de la novena vuelta tejida en azul. Tejo dos vueltas de 18 puntos en color rojo.

🍀 I started by knitting the bottom part in blue. I started with 6pb-am. Then I knit 6aum of bp. The next round was 1pb-1aum. The next five rounds were single bp (18) stitches.
🍀 I made a color change to red before closing the last stitch of the ninth round knit in blue. I knit two rounds of 18 stitches in red.

🍀 Cambié a color negro en el último punto de la vuelta dos tejida en rojo. Tejí una vuelta completa de 18 puntos en color negro. Aproveché de ir colocando el relleno.
🍀 Cambié a color rojo nuevamente para completar nueve vueltas.

🍀 I changed to black color in the last stitch of row two knitted in red. I knit a complete row of 18 stitches in black. I took the opportunity to go placing the stuffing.
🍀 I changed to red again to complete nine rows.

🍀 En el último punto tejido en color rojo hice un cambio de color a beige, con este color tejí cinco vueltas de 18 puntos.
🍀 Al finalizar la vuelta volví a cambiar de color ahora a negro. Con este color tejí cinco vueltas en total; dos de 18 pb cada una y las otras tres de disminuciones empezando desde 1pb-1dism. 6dism y cerrando el anillo con aguja lanera.

🍀 In the last stitch knitted in red color I made a color change to beige, with this color I knitted five rounds of 18 stitches.
🍀 At the end of the row I changed the color again, now to black. With this color I knitted five rounds in total; two of 18 stitches each and the other three of decreases starting from 1pb-1dism. 6dism and closing the ring with wool needle.

🍀 Con el hilo color amarillo bordé en el contorno, tejido en negro, la hebilla que le faltaba. Además bordé la cruz o equis que va en el casco.
🍀 Con hilo negro más delgado bordé el cordón del casco que cae en su mentón, los ojos y la boca.
🍀 Para finalizar tomé hilo pabilo color negro y tejí 12 cadenas en la parte superior del casco. Estás cadenas las cerré con pd en el punto donde comencé y así le hice el cordón para colgar al árbol.

🍀 With the yellow thread I embroidered the missing buckle on the outline, woven in black. I also embroidered the cross or X that goes on the helmet.
🍀 With thinner black thread I embroidered the helmet cord that falls on his chin, the eyes and the mouth.
🍀 To finish I took black colored pabilo thread and wove 12 chains on the top of the helmet. These chains I closed them with pd at the point where I started and so I made the cord to hang on the tree.

La verdad es que si la señora no hubiese pasado yo jamás hubiera pensado en la posibilidad de hacer un cascanueces tan sencillo. Claro que esta es la muestra. Si ustedes se animan a tejerlo pueden elegir hilos más delgados o tejerlos de menos puntos. Si tejemos uno por día, al finalizar el año podremos empacar unas cuantas docenas y ofrecerlas a los clientes. O dejarlas como regalo por las mayores ventas. ¿Qué les parece la idea?

The truth is that if the lady had not passed I would never have thought of the possibility of making such a simple nutcracker. Of course, this is the sample. If you dare to knit it, you can choose thinner yarns or knit them in fewer stitches. If we knit one per day, at the end of the year we can pack a few dozen and offer them to customers. Or leave them as gifts for the highest sales. What do you think of the idea?
