Die Arbeit hört nie auf, deshalb habe ich noch im alten Jahr begonnen, meine alte Scheune auszubauen. Sie wurde vor über 150 Jahren gebaut, um Schweine und Kühe zu halten und Futter wie Heu und Stroh für den Winter einzulagern.
Bereits Mitte letzten Jahres habe ich dort im unteren Teil die Praxis meiner Frau renoviert...
Über die Treppe geht es dann in mein neues Reich...
Aller Anfang ist schwer. Zuerst musste ich die Scheune vom Sperrmüll der letzten Jahre befreien.
Nachdem der Müll weggeräumt war, ging es an die unangenehme Arbeit. Mit 140er Steinwolle habe ich das Dach isoliert, um im Sommer einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren und im Winter nicht zu viel heizen zu müssen.
Die Dämmung wurde mit einem Akkutacker an die Balken geheftet.
Damit die Dämmung nicht mehr herausfällt, habe ich mit Sebastian @ballingudservice Dampfsperren angetackert...
Mit Dampfsperren oder Dampfbremsen schützen Sie Ihr Haus oder Ihre Wohnung vor Feuchtigkeit. Ohne den Schutz dieser dünnen Folien kann Kondenswasser in die Dämmung von Dach, Wand oder Boden eindringen und dort Wasserschäden verursachen.
Diese Woche haben wir es noch geschafft, die OSB-Platten anzubringen... Dahinter werden später die Stromkabel verlegt.

After the trash was cleared away, the unpleasant work began. I insulated the roof with 140 stone wool to keep you cool in the summer and not have to heat too much in the winter.
The insulation was stapled to the beams using a battery-powered stapler.
To prevent the insulation from falling out, I tacked on vapor barriers with Sebastian @ballingudservice...
You can protect your house or apartment from moisture with vapor barriers or vapor barriers. Without the protection of these thin films, condensation can penetrate the insulation of the roof, wall or floor and cause water damage.
This week we managed to attach the OSB panels... The power cables will be laid behind them later.

Mal wieder viel Arbeit für den Handwerker.
Hast du auf die Balken noch eine Lattung gemacht oder die OSB-Platten direkt auf die Balken geschraubt?
Ich wollte anfangs eine Lattung drauf schrauben aber erstaunlicherweise ist der Dachstuhl fast gerade also hab ich mir die Lattung gespart. Die OSB Platten sind nun meine versteifung damit die spätere Lage Gipskarton nicht reißt.
Wir werden später sehen ob es eine gute Idee war die Latten einzusparen. 😇
