How are you all?. Let me tell you the method of how to make candles and what materials are required for this process, i am pretty sure you all will enjoy and learn alot about candles.
Materials Required
- Wax (Soywax, Beewax)
- Candle Wick (cotton, wooden)
- Fragrance oil (if making scented candle)
- Stick Candle Mold
- Candle Dye
- Boiler
- Thermometer
- Wick trimmer or scissors
- Stick or spoon for mixing.
Method
- Weigh the wax required for 1 candle and melt it.
- Once melted add the fragrance oil and dye on perfect temperature.
- Place the win the center of mold and fix the mold edges
- I use rubber band to hold the mold tighter so the wax doesn't spread outside the mold.
- Seal the wick end with glue gun.
- Pour the wax mixture and keep it standing until cool.
- Once theis settled, Remove the mold and trim the wick from edges.
My experience of candle making
From the beginning i am into making creative things with materials available at home. The idea of candle making was always with me and one day finally i ordered all the things and started making one luckily in turned out so good and i keep starting in more designs and colors.
