Saludos hivers, es un placer estar nuevamente con ustedes compartiendo un nuevo proyecto y digo nuevo, en todos los sentidos, ya que es la primera vez que trabajo con ello y por supuesto es la primera vez que les muestro este tipo de trabajo, el cual realmente me fascina porque me permite estar concentrada en cada paso para que de la forma correcta, además es una labor manual que ayuda a desestresarnos y también a mejorar esa parte creativa en nosotros.
Greetings hivers, it is a pleasure to be with you again sharing a new project and I say new, in all senses, because it is the first time I work with it and of course it is the first time I show you this kind of work, which really fascinates me because it allows me to be focused on each step to make it the right way, it is also a manual labor that helps to de-stress and also to improve that creative part in us.
Se trata de un pez elaborado en origami, pero no el origami que normalmente estamos acostumbrados a ver o realizar; este es origami 3D creado desde cero porque yo misma trabaje las hojas de papel con colores, aunque más trabajo, pero al final genera un efecto muy lindo ya al pintar el papel nosotros mismos le damos el tono deseado; incluso, dicha hoja puede quedar con diferentes tonos y eso es hasta bueno dado que la figura que trabajemos puede quedar muy personalizada.
This is a fish made in origami, but not the origami that we are usually used to see or make; this is 3D origami created from scratch because I myself worked the sheets of paper with colors, although more work, but in the end generates a very nice effect and to paint the paper ourselves we give the desired tone; even, the sheet can be with different shades and that's even good because the figure that we work can be very personalized.

Proceso/Process

Lo primero que vamos a trabajar son las hojas blancas, así que tomamos los crayones y las coloreamos por ambos lados de manera que estas queden muy bien pintadas.
The first thing we are going to work with are the white sheets, so we take the crayons and color them on both sides so that they are very well painted.
Lo siguiente será trabajar en los rectángulos y para ello vamos a doblar la hoja verticalmente a la mitad, luego nuevamente a la mitad y realizamos un tercer doblez; abrimos la hoja y observamos que nos quedaron divisiones en ella, entonces; repetimos el proceso, pero esta vez de manera horizontal quedando la hoja marcada con los rectángulos que cortaremos acentuando las líneas con los dedos y luego con ambas manos halamos cuidadosamente cada rectángulo, también se puede realizar con la tijera, pero a mí me pareció más rápido sin ella.
Next we will work on the rectangles and for this we will fold the sheet vertically in half, then again in half and make a third fold; we open the sheet and observe that we have divisions on it, then; we repeat the process, but this time horizontally, leaving the sheet marked with the rectangles that we will cut accentuating the lines with our fingers and then with both hands we carefully pull each rectangle, it can also be done with the scissors, but I found it faster without it.
Para armar las piezas, tomamos el rectángulo y lo doblamos a la mitad, pero hacia uno de los lados, luego lo abrimos y tomamos las puntas laterales llevándolas hasta la parte de arriba, giramos la pieza para tomar las puntas laterales doblándolas hasta el borde del triángulo que quedo elaborado y por último terminamos de doblar hasta abajo, creando así un triángulo el cual volvemos a doblar para que el paso que recién hicimos quede escondido.
To assemble the pieces, we take the rectangle and fold it in half, but towards one of the sides, then we open it and take the lateral points taking them to the top, we turn the piece to take the lateral points folding them to the edge of the triangle that was elaborated and finally we finish folding to the bottom, thus creating a triangle which we fold again so that the step we just did is hidden.
El proceso anterior lo repetimos en cada uno de los rectángulos, obteniendo 63 piezas en color naranja, 29 en color azul y una en color negro, que es lo que necesitamos para elaborar el pez. Si detallamos las piezas, vemos que cada una de ellas queda en el costado con 2 aberturas como unos bolsillos, que es lo que permite que encaje una con otra, como si estuviésemos trabajando con legos.
We repeat the previous process in each of the rectangles, obtaining 63 pieces in orange, 29 in blue and one in black, which is what we need to make the fish. If we detail the pieces, we see that each one of them is on the side with 2 openings like pockets, which is what allows it to fit one with another, as if we were working with legos.
Para iniciar el armado lo primero es tomar 2 piezas de color naranja para unirlas y en el medio de esas 2 insertamos otra pieza, metiendo cada punta en cada uno de los bolsillos de esta tercera pieza y es así como formamos nuestra base, lo que al mismo tiempo será la boca del pez.
To start the assembly the first thing to do is to take 2 orange pieces to join them and in the middle of those 2 we insert another piece, putting each point in each of the pockets of this third piece and this is how we form our base, which at the same time will be the mouth of the fish.
Si observan detalladamente, verán que tenemos 6 puntas, así que vamos a colocar 2 piezas en las puntas del centro respectivamente y en cada punta de los lados colocamos una; como puede ver, anteriormente quedamos con 3 piezas de color naranja y ahora en esta vuelta quedarán 4 piezas, ya para la próxima vuelta colocamos en el centro la pieza de color negro, la cual funciona como el ojo del pez, ya después colocamos 2 piezas de cada lado de color azul.
If you observe in detail, you will see that we have 6 points, so we are going to place 2 pieces in the points of the center respectively and in each point of the sides we place one; as you can see, previously we had 3 orange pieces and now in this turn we will have 4 pieces, and for the next turn we place in the center the black piece, which works as the eye of the fish, and then we place 2 pieces of each side of blue color.
Seguidamente, hacemos 2 vueltas de color naranja y colocamos 6 y 7 piezas respectivamente, luego trabajamos 2 vueltas pero esta vez en color azul insertando 8 y 9 piezas correspondientemente.
Next, we make 2 rounds of orange color and place 6 and 7 pieces respectively, then we work 2 rounds but this time in blue color inserting 8 and 9 pieces correspondingly.
Para culminar el cuerpo, realizaremos 2 vueltas más en color naranja, colocando 10 y 11 piezas respectivamente; lo siguiente será trabajar en las aletas laterales y para ello colocamos en cada esquina 5 piezas de color naranja.
To finish the body, we will make 2 more turns in orange, placing 10 and 11 pieces respectively; the next step will be to work on the side flaps and for this we will place 5 orange pieces in each corner.
Acá volvemos al cuerpo para insertar 3 piezas de color naranja dejando una punta lateral sola, luego colocamos 2 piezas de color azul y por último colocamos 3 piezas más de color naranja. Ahora en las piezas de color azul, insertamos 2 piezas en azul y sobre esas piezas colocamos 3 de color naranja.
Here we go back to the body to insert 3 orange pieces leaving one side tip alone, then we place 2 blue pieces and finally we place 3 more orange pieces. Now in the blue pieces, we insert 2 blue pieces and over those pieces we place 3 orange pieces.
Como lo último que hicimos fue trabajar con 3 piezas, tomamos una de ellas; justo la de la esquina para colocar 5 piezas de color naranja y lo mismo haremos en la otra esquina, para obtener la cola del pez.
As the last thing we did was to work with 3 pieces, we take one of them; just the one in the corner to place 5 orange pieces and we will do the same in the other corner, to get the tail of the fish.
Así es como queda el pez en origami 3D, espero les agrade tanto o más que a mí.
