Hello @diyhub family, lovers of art and crafts! Today I'm going to teach you how to make the Lucky Longshot from the @splinterlands saga using moldable foam (foam clay). I hope you like the creation to the entire community and I'm super excited to share my experience with this flexible material. Join me! 🤗
Next I will show you step by step the realization of my work. To start with, I will mention all the materials used:
Hola!! familia Diyhub, amantes del arte y trabajos manuales. El día de hoy les enseñaré a realizar con foami moldeable (foam clay) a la Afortunada Tiradora-certera de la saga @splinterlands. Espero les guste la creación, a toda la comunidad en general y yo súper contento en presentarles mi experiencia con este material flexible. ¡Acompáñame! 🤗
A continuación les mostraré paso a paso la realización de mi trabajo. Para empezar, mencionaré todos los materiales utilizados:

What is the play-to-earn game Splinterlands?
It is a blockchain-based collectible card game (Play-to-Earn/P2E) where players can earn cryptocurrency and token rewards while playing.
If you enjoy card games and cryptocurrencies, "Splinterlands" is a great way to earn while having fun. Personally, I enjoy it even more by creating custom artwork of the card characters.
¿Qué es el juego play2earn Splinterlands?
Es un juego de cartas coleccionables blockchain del tipo Play-to-Earn (P2E), donde los jugadores pueden ganar recompensas en criptomonedas y tokens mientras juegan.
Si te gustan los juegos de cartas y las criptomonedas, "Splinterlands" es una buena opción para ganar mientras te diviertes. Por mi parte lo disfruto más creando arte personalizado de los personajes de cartas.
No one calls her Lucky Longshot because she’s lucky. She once bumped into a tree, knocked a beehive loose, and dove into a swamp to escape the bees, landing in a nest of vipers. The vipers were fine. Lucky was not. Another time, she tripped over a black cat and face-planted in a trough of turnip mash while chasing a halfling who stole her pie. The halfling got away, probably dining on it by candlelight with a smug grin and a side of pudding, also stolen.
She still talks about that pie.
But when Bren Palesworn came to the Nimbledook, he saw her mishaps, misfires, and muddled spells, and he trained her anyway. Taught her to steady her bow. To focus her magic. And Lucky—grateful, overwhelmed, and eyebrowless from a little incident with a wild fireshroom—decided to pass it on.
She teaches others like Bren taught her. The results are… mixed.
Nadie la llama Lucky Longshot (Afortunada Tiradoracertera) porque tenga suerte. Una vez chocó contra un árbol, soltó un panal de abejas y se zambulló en un pantano para escapar de ellas, aterrizando en un nido de víboras. Las víboras salieron ilesas. Lucky no. En otra ocasión, tropezó con un gato negro y cayó de bruces en un cubo de puré de nabos mientras perseguía a un mediano que le había robado su pastel. El mediano escapó, probablemente disfrutando del pastel a la luz de las velas con una sonrisa satisfecha y un acompañamiento de pudín, también robado.
Todavía habla de ese pastel.
Pero cuando Bren Juramentopálido llegó a Nimbledook, vio sus percances, sus fallos y sus hechizos chapuceros, y aun así la entrenó. Le enseñó a mantener firme el arco. A enfocar su magia. Y Lucky —agradecida, abrumada y sin cejas debido a un pequeño incidente con una fireshroom salvaje— decidió devolver el favor.
Ella enseña a otros como Bren le enseñó a ella. Los resultados son… variables.
Materiales / Materials
STEP / PASO 1
In the initial phase, I start by taking a portion of clay in beige color for the development of the body in the creature. Then, with his hands he molded them into a ball shape, giving them a curious finish.
En la fase inicial, comienzo tomando una porción de arcilla en color beige para el desarrollo del cuerpo en la criatura. Luego, con las manos moldeó en forma de bola, dándoles una terminación curiosa.
STEP / PASO 2
Next, I develop the parts of the movement in the Lucky Gnome: its head, its ears, its dress, the hair, its combat bow and its arms, always giving my best.
Seguidamente, desarrollo las partes del movimiento en el Gnomo de la suerte, su cabeza, sus orejas, su vestido, el cabello, su arco de combate y sus brazos, siempre dando lo mejor de mi.
STEP / PASO 3
Finally, we apply the final touches to its face, its defense weapon, and eyes, using the colors yellow, brown, black, and white for the shine. This design is a bit more complex, as the parts are smaller when it comes to molding.
Creating this character in foam clay was so much fun, everyone! The vibrant colors made it truly spectacular, and the Kawaii version gives her such a cute and charming appearance.
Ya por último, realizamos los retoques finales en su cara, su arma de defensa y ojos, utilizando los colores amarillo, carmelita, negro y blanco para el brillo. Este diseño es un poco más complejo, pues son más pequeñas las partes a la hora de moldear.
Crear este personaje en foami clay fue muy divertido familia, porque su complicidad en cuanto a colores vivos era espectacular, presenta una bonita apariencia en cuanto a la versión Kawaii.

It should be noted that this design was sought in the Splinterlands community; but the realization are made by me, with dedication to look more beautiful in the home or bedroom, I will return with new ideas to share with you, see you soon and excellent week.
