The satisfaction that comes with creating or designing by yourself is next to none. You stare at your creation and you’re surprised, you can’t wrap your head around how you succeeded in pulling such an amazing craft off. People see the result, and they are blown away, but only you can share firsthand what went on behind the scenes.
I’ve learnt to appreciate creatives a lot as they aren’t just putting something out there for us to droll over, but they are improving themselves. Every project they embark on, they level up, pushing themselves bigger and better for their next project. I am super proud every creative out there.
To the business of the day, I’m thrilled to share my latest DIY project with you all.
I made a DIY lamp and I’m glad it turned out great.

To make this cool DIY lamp, I used the following materials and followed the steps below.
Materials
Paper
Foam sheet
Plastic bottle
Gum
Scissors
Knife
Glue
LED light

Procedure
Step 1:
I cut the plastic bottle into the desired size.

Step 2:
I measured the plastic bottle and cut the paper according to the size of the plastic bottle.

Step 3:
I glued the paper to the plastic bottle.

Step 4:
Using my foam sheet, I created some designs for the lamp.

Step 5:
I carefully glued the designs to the lamp.

Step 6:
I placed the LED light inside the lamp, added finishing touches to the lamp and my lamp was ready.

This DIY lamp is so easy to make and most of the materials can be found in our homes.
Do you love my DIY lamp? What do you think about it? I’d love to read your thoughts in the comments!

What a beautiful piece of work! I wish you could do it with the kind of paper architects use, the more transparent kind. I'm sure the result would be fantastic!
