Hello, friends. I'm hoping you're having a nice evening. It's a little hot in here, nothing that a bath can't solve.
Today I want to share with you this game I created with my eldest niece to teach her some English vocabulary; to read and pronounce it.

It's kind of like a memory cards.
Let me show you.
Materials:
- Recycled paper.
- Color pens.
- Markers.
- Fine Cardboard or an old X-rays plate.
- Glue stick.
- Scissors.
- Pencil.
- Highlighters.

Step 1:
With my niece's help, we drew small rectangular pieces on the recycled paper.

Step 2:
We cut out the rectangles. We made at least 62 pieces. 31 of them are for drawing and the other 31 are for the names.

Step 3:
Mi niece drew some fruits and animals and the five senses on the pieces of paper.

Step 4:
Then we drew the cards with color pens and put the names on the empty ones, remarked them with markers and the borders with the highlighters.

Step 5:
In an old x-ray we marked it to cut it out the same size as the cards and glue them. That way the cards will have a support.

And with this we have our game of cards.
Now let me explain a little about the purpose of this game. It will work like this. My niece will have the cards with the names (in English of course) and I will have the deck with the drawings. I will tell her the names of the animals, fruit, or senses in English, and she will have to look at the names in her deck. According to my pronunciation and how she associate them with the written cards, she will have to pick the correct one.

I like this game because we can expand it. We can make more cards, so she can continue learning.
That's all, guys. Hope you find this game useful.
