¡Hola, hola! Mi gente de Hive, y linda comunidad de DIYHub espero todos se encuentren súper bien, animados e inspirados.
Sé que la comunidad es sobre bricolaje pero quiero compartir mi alegría con ustedes ya que la mayoría de mis trabajos los he compartido aquí y me siento parte de esta hermosa comunidad, y es por eso que en esta oportunidad les quiero mostrar una de las cosas que como crochetera me hacen inmensamente feliz, y es nada más y nada menos que comprar lanas para nuevos proyectos. En esta ocasión una parte de las lanas son para realizar un ramo de girasoles que en cuanto lo termine se los mostrare, ya que es un pedido que me hiso un amigo; el resto de las lanas son para realizar mis tejidos navideños, que están súper atrasados pero que igual realizare jajaja…. Y también compre unos cuantos ojitos de seguridad y unos cascabeles de colores.
Ver mis proyectos o pedidos culminados no tiene precio, ya que siempre me asombro de lo que se puede hacer con un ovillo de lana y una aguja, y más que todo de las cosas que puedo crear con mis manos y lo detallista que puedo ser.
Ver el resultado de lo que tejemos es muy emocionante, pero particularmente me encanta salir de compras, es algo que me relaja ya que camino mucho buscando lo que necesito y en el camino también me distraigo viendo otras cosas y la verdad me gusta salir sola cuando voy a comprar materiales para mis tejidos o manualidades y tomarme mi tiempo, ya sea buscando los mejores precios o la mejor calidad según mi presupuesto claro.
Siempre antes de salir a comprar materiales les recomiendo llevar una lista de lo que necesitan, yo llevo en mi lista marcadas las cosas que son indispensables y aparte las que puedo descartar ya sea porque aún tengo un poco o por que las puedo dejar para otra ocasión, pero si las consigo a buen precio y mi presupuesto me lo permite me las llevo sin dudarlo. Y siempre llevo lápiz y una libretita para anotar precios y en que tienda consigo que, por cierto la libretita la hice yo misma jajaja… luego les muestro como la realice.
En la ciudad donde vivo no hay mucha variedad de productos ni de tiendas donde conseguirlos, sobre todo en lo que se refiere a lanas e hilos de algodón para tejer, y esta es la principal razón por la que me gusta tomarme mi tiempo cuando salgo en busca de mis preciados materiales para tejer, ya que debo recorrerlas tiendas en busca de lo necesito comprar. Pero igual para mí esto es como salir de paseo jajaja…
Lo mejor de mi día de compra de materiales es cuando regreso a casa, me quito los zapatos, me cambio de ropa y de inmediato me pongo a revisar y admirar mis nuevas adquisiciones jajaja…. Sé que no son una gran cantidad de lanas, pero la verdad nunca son suficientes, pero igual me hace muy feliz tenerlas y pensar en todo lo que puedo tejer con ellas, y espero poder mostrarles todo lo que vaya tejiendo.
Bueno luego de cambiarme a una ropa más comoda, lance las lanas en mi cama para luego ordenarlas en una pequeña cesta que mayormente uso para ordenar las lanas pero cuando ya no quedan muchas las paso a una gaveta que tengo asignada únicamente para los hilos y lanas, pero la idea de la cesta me parece linda ya que al estar llena de lanas hasta parece decoración de mi rinconcito de trabajo y eso me gusta, asi que cuando no está llena de lanas la lleno de otros materiales y así siempre mantengo todo ordenado.
Otra cosa que me tiene muy contenta el día de hoy es que justamente con un trabajo de crochet gane el tercer lugar del concurso de Halloween, y es algo que no me esperaba ya que realmente todos los trabajos presentados fueron super espectaculares, cada uno a su manera. Hello, hello! My Hive people, and nice DIYHub community I hope you all are super well, encouraged and inspired.
I know the community is about DIY but I want to share my joy with you since most of my work I have shared here and I feel part of this beautiful community, and that's why this time I want to show you one of the things that make me immensely happy as a crocheter, and that is nothing more and nothing less than buying yarns for new projects. This time a part of the yarns are to make a bouquet of sunflowers that as soon as I finish it I will show you, since it is a request that a friend made me; the rest of the yarns are to make my Christmas fabrics, which are super late but I will make them anyway hahaha .... And I also bought a few security eyes and some colorful bells.
Seeing my finished projects or orders is priceless, as I am always amazed at what can be done with a ball of yarn and a needle, and most of all of the things I can create with my hands and how detailed I can be.
Seeing the result of what we knit is very exciting, but I particularly love to go shopping, it is something that relaxes me because I walk a lot looking for what I need and on the way I also get distracted seeing other things and the truth is I like to go out alone when I go to buy materials for my knitting or crafts and take my time, either looking for the best prices or the best quality according to my budget of course.
Always before going out to buy materials I recommend you to take a list of what you need, I have in my list marked the things that are indispensable and apart those that I can discard either because I still have some or because I can leave them for another occasion, but if I get them at a good price and my budget allows me to do so I take them without hesitation. And I always carry a pencil and a notebook to write down prices and in which store I get what, by the way the notebook I made it myself hahaha ... then I show you how I made it.
In the city where I live there is not much variety of products or stores where to get them, especially when it comes to wool and cotton yarns for knitting, and this is the main reason why I like to take my time when I go out in search of my precious materials for knitting, as I have to go through the stores looking for what I need to buy. But still for me this is like going out for a walk hahaha.....
The best part of my shopping day is when I come back home, take off my shoes, change my clothes and immediately start to check and admire my new acquisitions hahaha .... I know they are not a huge amount of yarns, but the truth is they are never enough, but it still makes me very happy to have them and think of everything I can knit with them, and I hope to be able to show you everything I knit with them.
Well, after changing to more comfortable clothes, I threw the yarns on my bed and then I put them in a small basket that I mostly use to organize the yarns but when there are not many left I put them in a drawer that I have assigned only for yarns and wool, but the idea of the basket seems nice to me because when it is full of yarns it looks like decoration of my little corner of work and I like that, so when it is not full of yarns I fill it with other materials and so I always keep everything tidy.
Another thing that makes me very happy today is that I won third place in the Halloween contest with a crochet work, and it's something I didn't expect since all the works presented were really spectacular, each one in its own way.
