When we are artists, creators of dreams, artisans, we try to make exclusive pieces made from the consciousness of the transforming energy of the fusion of our mind, soul and heart, that has been the premise of great international designers, who have pursued their dreams through their unique designs.
On this occasion I want to present you a piece for daily use: I love sports shoes, they are the most stable when we go for long walks in the city, go for a walk, go to the mountains or simply play in the garden of our home with our children, nephews or grandchildren; that is why I bring you a great idea to customize your sports shoes, which I am sure will make your imagination fly.
Materials:
- Converse type shoes.
- Simple sewing needle.
- Embroidery threads (colour palette to taste).
- Upholstery sewing thread.
- Crystals, acrylic pearls, natural stones.
- Charms in acrylic, gold, steel or any other material you can find.
- Scissors.
- Water soluble marker.
- Rulers, squares, protractor or any other element that can help you as a guide.
Hands to embroidery
The first thing to do is to make the design of the style you want to make, making sure it is on the outer side of the shoes.
Start at the top edge, sewing and adjusting very well the pearls, beads, crystals that you have chosen. For its resistance, I recommend upholsterer's thread, but if you don't have it, use double thread of very good quality, so that when you wash them, you can be sure that they won't fray.
Keep on altering embroidery techniques and placing appliqués, pearls, crystals along the shoe, the design is free, so the imagination is unlimited.
Personally, I like the way a pendant looks on the braids, so I put a distinctive one on each one.
Go ahead and add an original touch to your trainers!

Cuando somos artistas, creadores de sueños, artesanos, procuramos realizar piezas exclusivas realizadas desde la consciencia de la energía transformadora de la fusión de nuestra mente, alma y corazón, esa ha sido la premisa de grandes diseñadores internacionales, que han perseguido sus sueños mediante sus diseños únicos.
En ésta ocasión quiero presentarles una pieza de uso diario: me encantan los zapatos deportivos, son los más estables al momento de realizar largas caminatas por la ciudad, pasear, ir a la montaña o simplemente jugar en en el jardín de nuestro hogar con nuestros hijos, sobrinos o nietos; por ello que les traigo una idea genial para personalizar tu calzado deportivo, que estoy segura pondrá a volar tu imaginación.
Materiales:
- Zapatos tipo Converse.
- Aguja simple de coser.
- Hilos de bordar (paleta de colores a gusto).
- Hilo de coser de tapicería.
- Cristales, perlas acrílicas, piedras naturales.
- Dijes en acrílico, gold fiel, acero u otro que tengas a tu alcance.
- Tijeras.
- Marcador soluble en agua.
- Reglas, escuadras, transportador u otro elemento que te ayude de guía.
Manos al bordado
Lo primero que haremos, es realizar el diseño del estilo que deseamos realizar, asegurate que sea del lado lateral externo de los zapatos.
Inicia por el borde superior, cosiendo y ajustando muy bien las perlas, canutillos, cristales que has elegido. Por su resistencia, recomiendo hilo de tapicero, pero si no tienes, utiliza hilo doble de muy buena calidad, así cuando los laves, estas confiado de que no se deshilará.
Sigue altenando técnicas de bordado y colocación de apliques, perlas, cristales a lo largo del zapato, el diseño es libre, por lo que la imaginación es ilimitada.
En lo personal, me gusta como se ve un dije en las trenzas, así que coloqué un distintivo en cada uno.
