Your creative girl is here, today I will like to share this beautiful baby back to school dress I made for my anty child and I made it with 1 and half yard of Ankara fabrics .
Cutting and sewing step
Firstly I cut out the half length to be 10" then I measure the width 8" the shoulder measurement is 5" then the neck depth is 2" by 3" after I cut out the back band that will cross in between the waist to the shoulder with is 10" long and I added 2" allowance . After cutting the upper part of the dress I measure the sket part by cutting out the waist band then the 15" material by length and long enough to make the gather or ruffles part attached to the upper part of the dress.
Sewing step
I firstly sew the gathers then pull the thread together to get the ruffle after that I attached to the band with the waist measurement then join the upper part together after that I fixed the side zipper then I iron it and the dress came out beautiful and simple .
