How to make soya sauce at home

Soya sauce

Easy to make at home without soybeans. Eating store-bought sauces is not at all good for the body. So if you can easily make it at home, the taste will be maintained, and your health will be good.
Modern soya sauce is quite dangerous for health since chloropropanols can be released during hydrolysis - substances that cause the growth and appearance of cancer cells. However, such events are pretty rare in world practice.

Frequent consumption of soya sauce increases the detection of high blood pressure (high blood pressure), abnormalities in the functions of the heart and pathologies in the work of the thyroid gland. Pregnant women should not use the sauce, as it contains isoflavones that adversely affect fetal brain development.
When we hear the name soya sauce, we think of Chinese food, right? But Today I will tell you some uses of this soya sauce which you can use in Chinese food and your daily cooking. Let's not know how to use soya sauce in different cuisines.

To increase the taste:

Be it chicken or any fish item or vegetables; soya sauce goes very well with them. Marinating chicken or fish with soya sauce for some time and then cooking adds more flavour to the curry.
Instead of salt:

■ Soya sauce is not only used in Chinese cooking. Because apart from Chinese food, you can use this sauce for many purposes. As can be used instead of salt.

■ We all know raw salt has many harmful effects on our bodies. It is poisonous, especially for those suffering from high blood pressure. But without salt, there is no taste in food.

They can cook curry with this soya sauce instead of salt. Because soya sauce already contains salt. So there is no need to add salt separately. The balance of salt is already done in the food.
With noodles:

• Noodles are a favourite food of all. You can vary the cooking of the noodles if you like. Add a little soya sauce while cooking. You will get a different taste in the noodles.

The ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup water

  • One tablespoon of vinegar

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Cooking instructions

Turn on the gas, reduce the heat, put sugar in a saucepan, and stir evenly. After a while, the sugar will start to melt. Care should be taken not to add water in any way. The sugar will melt slowly.

Stir with a spoon to make sure the sugar has dissolved. After the sugar melts, just when it starts to smoke, carefully add 1/2 cup of hot water and stir again. Adding cold water can cause the sugar syrup to curdle.

Add vinegar and stir. Add salt. When it boils well, the gas should be turned off.

Store homemade soy sauce in a glass jar with an air-tight refrigerator lid. This soy sauce can be used after keeping it for at least 30 days.
