Hace tiempo me siento desconectada de cosas que sentía mías, una de ellas es mi creatividad, deje de coser, deje de dibujar, deje de pintar y simplemente solo estaba haciendo cosas que tenía que hacer por obligación. Los hábitos se generan, y las ganas no aparecen por que sí, sino que hay que crear el ambiente para que puedan suceder las cosas, es algo que estoy trabajando poco a poco, así que el domingo me obligue a hacer cosas para sentirme mejor, busque en mi cuarto cosas que hacer y recordé que tengo una caja con bastantes figuritas en 3d que quería pintar, hay de todo un poco pero hoy solo voy a pintar 2 y dejar algunas bases listas.
For a while now I've been feeling disconnected from things that felt like my own, one of them being my creativity. I stopped sewing, I stopped drawing, I stopped painting, and I was simply just doing things that I had to do out of obligation. Habits are formed, and the desire doesn't just appear; rather, you have to create the environment for things to happen. It's something I'm working on little by little. So on Sunday, I forced myself to do things to feel better. I looked in my room for things to do and remembered I have a box with quite a few 3D figures that I wanted to paint. There's a bit of everything, but today I'm only going to paint two and get some bases ready.
A la hora de pintar empiezo con una capa de color blanco si es que la pieza va a ser de otro color diferente que la base, esto ayuda a que el color final se fije bien a la pieza, es un proceso que tarda un poco, pero con una sola capa de blanco ya está lista para pintar.
When painting, I start with a coat of white if the piece is going to be a different color than the base. This helps the final color adhere well to the piece. It's a process that takes a while, but with a single coat of white, it's ready to paint.
Voy a pintar un mini barco, bmo, un stich, dos dragoncitos y un perri el ornitorrinco, también tengo una pieza que es roja, y el personaje es rojo así que esa pieza directamente va en color rojo, no tiene sentido pasarle blanco y luego el color, pero si di dos capas de color rojo.
I'm going to paint a mini boat, BMO, a Stitch, two little dragons and a Perri the Platypus. I also have a piece that is red, and the character is red so that piece goes directly in red, it doesn't make sense to pass white and then the color, but I did give two layers of red.
El color de perri el ornitorrinco está basta cercano, es un tono de verde oscuro, pero no es verde musgo, es como si mezclaras verde agua con un poco de azul jajaj, mezclar color siempre es lo complicado, pero me divierte.
The color of Perri the platypus is quite close, it's a shade of dark green, but it's not moss green, it's like mixing aqua green with a bit of blue haha, mixing color is always complicated, but I enjoy it.

El color que cree es bastante acertado para el personaje, además de la base verde tiene detalles en color, sus patitas, su cola y su pico son en un tono marrón anaranjado, tengo el tono justo para esto, no sé cuándo lo compré, pero ahí está.
The color I created is quite accurate for the character, in addition to the green base it has colored details, its legs, tail and beak are in an orange-brown tone, I have the exact shade for this, I don't know when I bought it, but there it is.
Pinté la base del cuerpo dos veces que requiere que entre cada capa pasé una buena cantidad de tiempo, así que mientras tanto estaba pintando el dragón y a glob, el personaje rojo que es de hora de aventura.
I painted the base of the body twice which requires me to spend a good amount of time between each layer, so in the meantime I was painting the dragon and Glob, the red character from Adventure Time.

Pase a los detalles, pero al final no pinté a todos los personajes, me quedaron algunos con base blanca para la próxima así que ya tengo trabajo avanzado para la próxima vez que me siente a pintar.
I moved on to the details, but in the end I didn't paint all the characters. I had some left with a white base for the next one, so I already have some work done for the next time I sit down to paint.
Los detalles son siempre los más difíciles, en el caso de glob tiene los ojos verdes y amarillos, el espacio está bastante chico así que con paciencia y corrección con rojo complete ambos ojos.
The details are always the most difficult, in Glob's case he has green and yellow eyes, the space is quite small so with patience and correction with red I completed both eyes.
Para perri el ornitorrinco pintar las patitas fue fácil, también su cola, el pico está bastante cerca de los ojos, pero pude hacerlo, los ojos en negro también tuvieron su momento de estar muy concentrada para no manchar el sombrero.
For Perri the platypus, painting his little legs was easy, as was his tail. The beak is quite close to his eyes, but I was able to do it. The black eyes also required a moment of concentration so as not to stain the hat.
Para su sombrero mezcle color, no quedó tan marrón, pero es difícil de lograr, pero quedó dentro de todo bien. También pinté la bandita de su sombrero que es un poco más claro.
For his hat, I mixed the color. It wasn't quite brown, but it's hard to achieve, but it looked good overall. I also painted the band on his hat, which is a little lighter.

Y así terminé de pintar algunas de las figuras que tenía guardadas hace meses, aún queda pasarles barniz, pero quiero comprar uno brillante, para que queden mejor las piezas, ya que resalta más los colores, además me da tiempo para pintar las que faltan, quizás las regale a amigos ya que tengo demasiadas piezas y no sé dónde ponerlas.
And so I finished painting some of the figures I had stored away for months. I still need to varnish them, but I want to buy a glossy varnish so the pieces look better, as it highlights the colors more. It also gives me time to paint the missing ones. Maybe I'll give them to friends since I have too many pieces and I don't know where to put them.

Te entiendo de verdad. Hay momentos en que la motivación se estanca debido a diversas situaciones. Comprometerse con algo por obligación es diferente a crear ideas motivadoras, y me alegra. Aunque no es fácil, te estás volviendo a motivar. Debes relajarte y empezar de nuevo, pero primero, tómate tu tiempo.🤗😘
