Handmade stuff are fun. After my uni days I have my polymer clay laying in the cabinet for a really long time. It's for my sculpting class but I wasn't able to finish the clay in the box. This clay is not cheap so I always feel like wanna sculpt something out of it.
While I was scrolling the internet, I saw that polymer clay earring and badges is very popular. So I decided to make some of these too! It's a good thing to turn my attention away from always starring at my computer these few years everyday. I feel kinda burn out.
I bought some of these fresh colored polymer clay, basic colours to try out. Reason of why I'm not buying air dry clay is because polymer clay is easier to kept for a long time and don't need to worry about it getting dry.
Here's image of me trying to mix different colour of clay to get the color that I wanted. It's fun!
And then, I made a pair of cat earring pendent, the detailing for the face is sooo difficult to make with just clay. I can feel my eyesight is not as good as when I was younger.
I tried to make some froggy badges too!

After baking it, I paint and draw the details on the product. The frogs looks better then I imagined.

I'm proud of myself for able to come out with the idea of sticking them with Tack-it on the pin, poke to the erasers to secure them before I put on resin. XD I tried spreading them without securing them, and it's a disaster. The resin is going everywhere. TT

The resin I got will only cure under UV rays, after a day under the sunlight, I put on the metal parts on!
