How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also well by the grace of Allah. Today I have come before you with another new post. Today my post is a recipe post. One of my favorite drinks. I have made it. Today I have made a healthy and tasty drink recipe with Milk and sabudana. I hope you like it.
In the drink I made today, I used Tokma seeds. Tokma seeds contain a lot of Omega 3. By consuming these drinks, we lose weight, control blood sugar and help get rid of constipation. I have also used milk in these drinks and used isabgul husk and sabudana. Which are very healthy things that are very beneficial to our body by consuming them.I have specially prepared this drink to eat at Iftar. Since our fasting has started and it is very necessary to eat a healthy drink after fasting all day. Because if you eat this drink in a tired body after fasting all day, an energy will come into the body. I ate this drink for Iftar.
This sharbat was very delicious to eat. We all ate this delicious and healthy sharbat at Iftar which was very delicious to eat. All the fatigue of the day at Iftar was gone by drinking these drinks. If you want, you can also make and drink this drink that I have prepared for weight loss and maintaining good health. I have used all the healthy things keeping in mind the nutritional value of these drinks. Which is very beneficial for our interests.
Ingredients
sago -2tbs
milk-2cup
Tokmai Dana-1tbs
Isubgul husk-1tbs
sugar-2 tbs
Milk powder-2tbs
How to make:-
First I took sabudana and let it boil in water.
Then I soaked one tablespoon of tokma seeds in a cup.
Then I soaked one tablespoon of tokma seeds in a cup.
Then I took milk in a glass and added sugar in quantity.
Then I fed the milk.
After cooking the milk for a while, I took it off the stove.
After removing the milk from the stove, I put the pre-boiled sago grains in the milk.
After that, I put the soaked tokma grains in the milk.
Then I poured all the drinks into glasses to serve.
Then I used food coloring and served it on top of the drinks with isabgul husks.
And in this way I made these very delicious milk and sago drinks. The drinks were very tasty. After making it I served it very nicely and did some photography.
To be honest these drinks are when I serve them beautifully. This drink looks very attractive especially after serving it with the husks of this red colored isabgul on top. Not only is it more attractive to look at, but also more delicious to eat. And I made this drink for Iftar. And different types of sherbet items are eaten after fasting the whole day. In other words, different types of items are prepared every day during the whole month of fasting. And these milk and sabudana drinks are great to eat. I felt a lot of energy after eating sabudana made of milk after breaking the fast. In one word, everyone ate together.
