I have made it. Today I have made a healthy and tasty drink recipe milk, dates, and sweet yogurt drink. I hope you like it.
In the drink I made today, I used four ingredients as the main ingredients. Among them were banana, milk, dates and sweet yogurt. These four ingredients are very beneficial for our body. These ingredients are very healthy ingredients. And today's drink made with these ingredients was very healthy and very tasty. Just like it is very delicious to eat, it is also very beneficial for the body. I did not tell you about the benefits of the ingredients first. First, let me tell you about the benefits of bananas. Banana increases our digestive power. It also provides our daily energy needs in the body. It is also very beneficial for our heart and keeps our mood very good.
We all know how beneficial milk is for our body, from young to old. Milk strengthens our bones. It increases our body's immunity system and provides our body with the necessary protein. For example, dates help our body make blood and produce energy in our body. Sweet yogurt produces energy in our body and increases calcium and protein. If a drink is made with these four ingredients that are so rich in nutrients, then you can understand how nutritious that drink is. This drink is absolutely perfect for breakfast or afternoon snack. Which is very beneficial for our body.
Ingredients
Bananas - 4
Milk - 1 glass
Dates - 3
Sweet yogurt - 3 tablespoons
Water - as much as needed
How to make:-
First, I peeled the bananas and cut them into small pieces.
Then I removed the seeds from the dates and washed them thoroughly.
Now I took the blender to make the drink and put the milk in the blender.
Now I gave them the pre-cut bananas.
After giving them the bananas, I gave them sweet yogurt and dates.
At this stage, I gave it a generous amount of water.
After adding the water, I blended all the ingredients well.
Then you will see that the delicious water is ready, it is very delicious and healthy.
After making this drink, I poured it into a glass and served it well.
Today's drink is very delicious to eat. It is not only delicious to eat, but it is also very beneficial for health. I always try to make healthy drinks so that besides eating something delicious, it also benefits the body a lot. And this drink is so delicious that you can make it and eat it at home if you want. Which you can give to children, you adults and the elderly can all eat because it is very nutritious. Eating these drinks increases the energy in our body. That is why I sometimes try to make such a drink once a day in the morning or afternoon. And I try to make the whole family eat together so that we all get a little nutrition. And after making the drink, we all had a lot of fun eating it. I made this drink for breakfast in the afternoon. Honestly, it is very delicious. I have already told you.
