come back with me on this occasion I want to share a recipe for my favorite processed mango, namely mango sago, actually this is not my plan to make mango sago today because there are still several ingredients that are not enough in my opinion, actually this ingredient is optional. Of course, but I saw that there were some mangoes that were almost rotten, and I was forced to make them now
oh friends, this sago mango is one of the deserts that I have sold during the 2020 pandemic and there are lots of people interested in this sago mango, friends, for friends who might want to run a home business, I think this sago mango is very suitable as a home business idea.
Mango sago is a drink that is a very delicious snack at home where people really like mango sago so it is natural that mango sago is popular in Indonesia because there are many lovers among the community while sitting back and drinking deliciously.
For those of you who love sago pride, don't be curious and don't worry because on this occasion I will share in detail so that you can do it yourself at home with pleasure.
2 mangoes
1 can of evavored milk
2 tbsp granulated sugar
sweetened condensed milk to taste
basil seeds
The first step is to peel the mango and then juice the mango using 2 spoons of sugar, or according to taste

After that, take another ripe mango then cut the mango flesh into cubes and set it aside for a while, then take a can of evavored milk then pour it into the mango juice.

and then add the boiled sago pearls and mango pieces. Here I usually also use nata de coco and mango jelly. Unfortunately, today I didn't use them because this is an impromptu version of mango sago.

then add enough sweetened condensed milk, stir well until everything is evenly mixed and the mango sago tara is ready

This is mango sago. The combination of sweet mango and creamy milk makes this drink very delicious, friends. Enjoy it cold, of course it is very refreshing.
