Feliz Inicio de semana que este llena de bendiciones, salud y logros amigos, Esta semana la iniciamos con un delicioso y vibrante jugo a base de zanahorias, me encanta los jugos con colores llamativos.

La zanahoria🥕 es un vegetal diurético, es excelente para la digestión, buena amiga para tener una piel fabulosa, aporta energía, muchas vitaminas y nutrientes a nuestro cuerpo en el verano no puede faltar es ideal para un bronceado natural amigos.

Ingredientes para un batido Color Naranja:

🥕 2 Zanahorias mini
🍏 1 Manzana Verde
🍯 Sirope de Miel (8g)
🍋 1 limón

5 arándanos

Ingredients for an Orange Smoothie:

🍯 Honey Syrup (8g)

Tomar la manzana verde, lavarla y porcionar en cubos pequeños, facilitando así su proceso, por ultimo retiramos las semillas y nos tomamos una foto con besito jaja.

Las zanahorias, las lavamos, pelamos y cortamos en cubos pequeños amigos.

El limón lo cortamos a la mitad y reservamos, al momento de cortarlo me cayo un poco en los ojos jeje me volví china jajaja.

- Para finalizar tomamos la licuadora colocamos 25o ml de agua, adicionamos la manzana, las zanahorias y exprimimos el limón para adicionar su jugo a la bebida en la licuadora, procesamos por 4 minutos, listo lo pasamos por un colador y tendremos ya nuestro batido a base de zanahorias, servimos y a refrescarnos amigos.
