If you are looking for a cooling summer drink, then look no further than a glass of Lassi. Most popular Drink in northers parts of India, lassi is a Sweet yogurt drink which is served chilled During the Hot Summer days,During summers, it keeps you hydrated and has a cooling effect on body, as there are so many benefits of curds. There are so many ways to flavor it, but Today i would like to share the Roohafza Flavour lassi. I love lassi but I prefer to drink homemade lassi. The lassi which is made in our house four days a week and we all like it very much. And the best thing is that if you drink a glass of Lassi, you will not feel hungry for 3 to 4 hours. So usually we drink Lassi in the morning and we do not feel hungry throughout the day.
Friends, this is a simple recipe. Don't need much ingredients, Don't worry if you don't have Roohafza, you can make it without it also. While making Lassi, always remember that the curd should be very fresh and sweet, whenever you freeze the curd, add some sugar in it.
๐ฅ Ingredients ๐ฅ
โข 2 Cups of Fresh Curd.
โข 2 Tbsp of Roohazafa.
โข 4 Tbsp of Sugar.
โข Dryfruit(Cashew, Almond & Raisins)
โข Ice cubes.
How to Make
โข Take a Blending Jar, Add Sugar, Roohafza Syrup and Curd, Blend it for a minute.
โข Chopped the Dryfruits for Garnishing.
โข Garnish your Glass with roohafza Syrup, to make it more tempting.
โข add ice cubes into the glass to make it chill, Now Pour your Lassi into the Glass, garnish it with Dryfruits.

This drink is wonderful. I have always been curious about lassi, because in my country it is not consumed.
