Tiger Nut And Coconut Drink Healthy To The Body

Hello everyone how are you guys doing. Hope you guys are doing well. Today I bought you guys a special drink that I made for my sick sister in-law.

So guys I want to the market and I saw this man carrying tiger nut so one recipe came to my mind. I have to buy it and prepare for my sister in-law who is one a sick bed. You know when someone is sick he or she will like drinks instead of food. So I remember to make this one juice for her to enjoy.

INGREDIENTS THAT I USED BELOW

One cup of tiger nut
Six pieces of data
Four pieces of banana
One small size of coconut
Two pieces of ginger
Water

PROCEDURE

ok guys I welcome you guys again to my blog. In this procedure I teach and show how I it able to make this juice

First I open the data and separate the seeds from them and put into my bowl of water to sock

Then also sock my tiger nut into a bowl of water

Then break my coconut into place and separate the water from it

After that I wash and cut it into pieces and set aside

Here is my coconut water that I will use to blend

Then peel my banana and also cut into pieces and set aside

I also peel my ginger and cut into pieces then set aside

After all that I remove the water from my tiger nut and set it aside

Then also remove the water from my data and set it aside also

After I have done all this things I bring my blender to blend then put in all my ingredients together and added my coconut water and a little bit of water also and blend

After blending I pour it in a clean plate and bring my filter to filter it

After filtering it I pour into my glass of cup to serve. Here my juices is ready to drink
