Buen día, querida comunidad, hoy vamos a preparar una malteada de fresa😱, hoy para la cena me prepare una malteada de fresa con helado de mango y arándanos, fue una combinación espectacular la textura del helado da una cremosidad a la bebida más los sabores intensos del arándano aporto el equilibrio de lo dulce del mango y la fresa, el helado fue comprado de una marca llamada santini muy reconocida en Portugal y posesionada en el mercado con más de cincuenta años.

Good morning, dear community, today we are going to prepare a strawberry milkshake😱, today for dinner I prepared a strawberry milkshake with mango and blueberry ice cream, it was a spectacular combination, the texture of the ice cream gives a creaminess to the drink plus the flavors The intense flavors of the blueberry provided the balance of the sweetness of the mango and strawberry. The ice cream was purchased from a brand called Santini, which is well-known in Portugal and has been in the market for more than fifty years.

Servicio para dos copas // Service for two glasses

INGREDIENTES	INGREDIENTS
120 ml. leche liquida	120 ml. liquid milk
120 ml. leche de coco	120 ml. leche de coco
90 ml. helado de mango	90 ml. Mango Ice Cream
8 und. fresa	8 units strawberry
80 gr. arandano	80 gr. blueberry
4 hojas de menta	4 mint leaves

PRIMER PASO / FIRST STEP .

Comenzamos por limpiar las fresas, luego las cortamos en trozos, aprovechamos para hacer la decoración que es sacar dos láminas de fresa, lo hacemos cortando la fresa en el medio y apartamos esas láminas.

We start by cleaning the strawberries, then we cut them into pieces, we take the opportunity to make the decoration, which is to take out two strawberry slices, we do this by cutting the strawberry in the middle and we put those slices aside.

SEGUNDO PASO / SECOND STEP .

Agregamos las fresas cortadas y los arándanos a la licuadora.

TERCER PASO / THIRD STEP .

Agregamos la leche tanto liquida como de coco

We add both liquid and coconut milk.

CUARTO PASO / FOURTH STEP .

Incorporamos el helado y licuamos.

QUINTO PASO / FIFTH STEP .

Vaciamos en las copas y decoramos

We pour into the glasses and decorate.

Solo queda disfrutar de esta bebida de seguro, a los más pequeños de la casa les va a encantar .
