A big hello, dear friends of Amazing Drinks. In today's post I show you the preparation of a drink, with few calories and high percentage of water, which contributes to good health. At the moment, one of my family members is suffering from obesity, high cholesterol and hypertension. At the medical check-up, the doctor prescribed a diet and some medications and advised him to eat fruits and drink natural juices. In view of this, I have been obliged to turn to these incredible juices that, we all know, have very positive effects on our organism. For a month, I will focus on preparing drinks, based on your health problems.

Un gran saludo, queridos amigos de Amazing Drinks. En mi entrada de hoy les muestro la preparación de una bebida, con pocas calorías y alto porcentaje de agua, que contribuyen a tener una buena salud. En estos momentos, uno de los integrantes de mi familia, está atravesando un problema de obesidad, colesterol alto e hipertensión. En la revisión médica, el galeno le recetó una dieta y algunos medicamentos y le aconsejo comer frutas y beber jugos naturales. En vista de ello, me he visto en la obligación de acudir a estos increíbles jugos que, todos sabemos, tienen efectos muy positivos en nuestro organismo. Por un mes, me enfocaré en preparar bebidas, basándome en sus problemas de salud.

Esta refrescante bebida de hoy, le va a permitir a regular la presión arterial. Por su contenido de potasio y minerales, su alto contenido en agua, actúa como un diurético natural contra la retención de líquidos, permitiendo eliminar toxinas, contribuyendo a que el organismo se vaya limpiando y expulsando impurezas, espero que durante el tiempo que esté con una buena alimentación, baje todos los niveles que le están afectando. Hoy escogí, el pepino, el melón y la lechoza como primeras frutas para qué la tomé en las primeras horas de la mañana y mediados de la tarde, todo acompañado de su dieta y sus medicamentos prescritos.
