It has always been said that physical activity is important. It's not just a topic for children, adolescents, and young adults. Every day, the information highlighted on social media is aimed at the over-40 population.
Of course, not everyone resonates with this information; even the concept of movement is not seen as a necessity by a large part of the population to maintain acceptable health, a energized body, maintain muscle mass, or begin to nourish it, especially at ages when, by nature, lack of movement leads to loss of muscle mass, when other types of muscle and bone problems begin.
Muscle mass, flexibility, mobility, and balance are gradually lost if there is no awareness of these factors. They are very important so that, as we age, we become more independent and do our own things.
Among the movement activities I've allowed myself are walking, mobility and flexibility, dancing, yoga, among others. In addition, the suggestion made is to consume protein to feed the muscles. I've learned to prepare several of them, among which I share a very pleasant one, and we usually have the ingredients at home.


Vamos a utilizar lo siguiente:
1 cambur pequeño
50 gramos aproximadamente de lechosa madura
2 cucharadas de leche en polvo (también pueden utilizar leche líquida u otra de su preferencia o la tenga al alcance de su mano)
3 cucharadas de avena en hojuelas
1 taza de agua
1 cucharadita de cacao en polvo (opcional; si le gusta mucho el cacao puede agregar más)
We'll use the following:
1 small banana
Approximately 50 grams of ripe papaya
2 tablespoons of powdered milk (you can also use liquid milk or another of your choice or if you have it on hand)
3 tablespoons of rolled oats
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder (optional; if you really like cocoa, you can add more)



We go to the space where the blender is located, add the water, fruit, rolled oats, powdered milk, and cinnamon.





With everything in the blender, blend for one to two minutes. If you want a little more, it's permissible until all the ingredients are well combined.





Now serve this delicious and healthy drink.
If you like it thinner, you can add a little more water or reduce the amount of fruit.

Este batido se ve muy potente para recargar energías. Tienes razón, debemos movernos para conservar la salud y también para distraer nuestra mente, generar momentos de placer debe ser nuestra prioridad.
Asì es, los de menos edad deben proponerse la actividad fìsica, aunque se entiende que a veces la poca disposiciòn no es porque no les agrade sino que las 24 horas quedan cortas por la cantidad de actividades que nos cargamos.
