Happy Tuesday! I hope everyone is feeling well, I for one started the day with a green juice. At the moment, my bad cholesterol (LDL) is a bit high, so in addition to starting an exercise routine, I need to improve my eating habits, consume omega 3 capsules and drink green juices on an empty stomach, which is what my doctor recommended.
Green juices are a healthy way to support our health and it is not for nothing that they are recommended to support our immune system and help cure certain diseases. The alternatives that nature offers us, such as fruits and vegetables, are numerous and the combinations of flavours that we can create are endless.
This time I chose celery stalk Spain or celery, green apple, parsley leaves, mint leaves, lemon and honey to sweeten it up a bit.

Feliz martes ¡ Espero que todos se encuentren bien , yo por mi parte empecé el día con un jugo verde. En este momento, mi colesterol malo (LDL) está un poco alto, así que además de comenzar una rutina de ejercicios, necesito mejorar mis hábitos alimenticios, consumir cápsulas de omega 3 y tomar jugos verdes en ayunas, que es lo que me recomendó mi doctora.
Los jugos verdes son una forma saludable de apoyar nuestra salud y no por nada son recomendados para apoyar nuestro sistema inmunológico y ayudar a curar ciertas enfermedades. Las alternativas que nos ofrece la naturaleza, como frutas y verduras, son numerosas y las combinaciones de sabores que podemos crear son infinitas.
En esta ocasión escogí tallo de apio España o célery, manzana verde, hojas de perejil, hojas de hierbabuena, limón y miel para endulzarlo un poco.

Water 1 glass | Agua 1 vaso |

I washed the celery and parsley well, leaving them for a while in water with vinegar, then rinsed them under the tap and left them to dry. Don't throw away the celery leaves, Spain will be useful for making some broth.
I did the same procedure with the green apple. The mint leaves were already cleaned in the fridge.
Lavé bien el apio y el perejil, dejándolos un rato en agua con vinagre, luego los enjuagué bajo el grifo y los dejé secar. No botes las hojas del apio España te servirán para preparar algún caldo.
Hice el mismo procedimiento con la manzana verde. Las hojas de hierbabuena ya las tenía limpias en la nevera.
I removed the leaves from the celery Spain and the stalk from the parsley. I cut the apple and lemon in half, only using half of each for this juice.
Quité las hojas al apio España y el tallo al perejil. Corté la manzana y el limón por la mitad, solo usé la mitad de cada uno para este jugo.
Now it's time to put all the ingredients in the blender. I added the glass of water, chopped celery stalk, parsley, chopped apple, about 5 mint leaves. I squeezed the lemon and added a spoonful of honey.
Llega el turno de llevar todos los ingredientes en la licuadora. Añadí el vaso de agua, el tallo de apio picado, el perejil, la manzana picada, unas 5 hojas de hierbabuena. Exprimí el limón y añadí una cucharada de miel.
I mixed it well and poured it straight into the glass to enjoy this vitamin cocktail, it really tasted delicious, what stood out the most was the lemon flavour and because it was not strained, you can feel the fibre of the vegetables and fruits.
Lo mezclé bien y lo serví directamente en el vaso para disfrutar de este cóctel vitamínico, realmente sabía delicioso, lo que más destacaba era el sabor a limón y al no estar colado, se le siente la fibra de las verduras y frutas.
This is a great way to start the day!

I too drink them on an empty stomach combining different ingredients and they are very beneficial for overall health. They give you more energy, besides lowering bad cholesterol levels hahahaha. Celery, for example, is a natural diuretic that helps detoxify the body, it also has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce inflammation of our organs. Parsley helps prevent constipation. This green juice looks delicious. Cheers!
