Ingredientes que utilice:
-Cambur 3 unidades
-Zanahoria 1 unidad
-Leche 3 cucharadas
-Vainilla 1 cucharada
-Agua 500 mililitros
-Azucar 3 cucharadas
Ingredients I used:

-Milk 3 tablespoons

Pasos para preparar nuestra merengada :
Lo primero que debemos hacer , es quitarle las conchas a nuestros ingredientes , en este caso la zanahoria con la ayuda de un cuchillo y los cambures con nuestras manos
Steps to prepare our meringue:
The first thing we must do , is to remove the shells to our ingredients , in this case the carrot with the help of a knife and cambures with our hands.
Luego vamos a continuar picando la zanahoria en pequeñas rodajas debido a que es un ingrediente duro y de esta manera no daña la licuadora
Then we will continue chopping the carrot in small slices because it is a hard ingredient and this way it does not damage the blender.
Una vez que la zanahoria este lista, vamos a agregar los 500 mililitros de agua junto con la zanahoria , dejamos licuar unos segundos
Once the carrot is ready, we are going to add the 500 milliliters of water together with the carrot, let it blend for a few seconds.
Seguidamente vamos a agregar nuestros deliciosos cambures al licuado , dejamos unos minutos para que se integren bien los ingredientes

En este siguiente paso vamos a agregar un toque de azucar ya que a algunos no les gusta tan bajo de azucar , la cantidad que utilice 3 cucharadas

Luego continue agregando tres cucharadas de leche en polvo para que nuestra merengada quede especial

Para finalizar con los ingredientes de nuestra merengada , agregue un toque de vainilla , ya que es un ingrediente que da buen sabor, una cucharada que utilice

Esta es una combinación interesante, justamente hice una merengada con casi los mismos ingredientes, solo que en lugar de zanahoria, usé guayaba. Saludos!
