Dragon fruit has a very appealing color and is delicious when processed into any kind of drink. I have made drinks from dragon fruit many times, and of course, with a variety of combinations that I find extraordinary. Each combination of ingredients has different characteristics from the dragon fruit itself, and of course, besides being unique, the taste makes me want to enjoy it again and again.

This time, I made a dragon fruit drink with kolang kaling. Kolang kaling is a type of grain that is very beneficial for digestion. Adding it to drinks makes them taste more fruity because it has a bland taste before being processed into anything. Not only did I add kolang kaling to this drink, but I also combined it with pineapple because I wanted to give this refreshing drink a slightly sweet and sour taste.
Here are the step-by-step preparations. If you are curious about the steps, let's take a look below.
Ingredients

20 grams pineapple
100 grams kolang kaling (palm fruit)
200 ml water
2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Result

Serve the dragon fruit in your favorite glass. You can store it in the refrigerator for a while for a more satisfying result. Or you can immediately add ice cubes to get the freshness from this drink. This drink is very delicious with the combination of sweet and sour pineapple making everything even more delicious. The palm fruit, which was originally bland, is very flavorful in this drink, adding a spectacular taste. For better results, it is best to make the palm fruit into a sweetener first so that it tastes sweeter and not bland when enjoyed.

For better results, it is also recommended to cut the kolang kaling into cubes so that all the dragon fruit juice and pineapple pieces blend together. In my opinion, if the kolang kaling is not cut when added to the drink, it tastes bland and is difficult to enjoy.
