Avocado is a fruit that is very easy to find in my country, the price is very cheap, it even has good nutritional content for the body. There are many types of avocados that are very easy to find here, even the delicious ones are very affordable. Yesterday I bought a kilo of avocados for IDR 17,000. I got 3 medium-sized avocados. This is for me to process as smoothies or I eat directly.
Chia Seed Pearl Sago Avocado Smoothie
Sago avocado is a smoothie drink that I combine with coconut milk. I made this drink with vegan ingredients, for you vegan connoisseurs, make this drink an extraordinary drink, beating the drinks sold at the mall. The pearl sago that I use is local pearl sago, so its shape is relatively bigger than pearl sago from other countries.
Apart from adding sago, I also added chia seeds to this drink to make it fresher and tastier. The avocado that I use must also be perfectly ripe, so that when it is crushed it is easier and later the end result will be perfect.
Let's get started!
Materials Used
50 grams of pearl sago
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
100 ml of cooked coconut milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional)
Cooking Step
Boil the water until it boils then add the sago pearls. Cook pearl sago until cooked over medium heat.
While waiting for the sago to ripen, peel the avocado and only take the flesh.
Beat the avocado flesh using a fork until smooth.
Soak the chia seeds using boiled water until they swell.
Prepare a serving glass, add the whipped avocado then the sago pearls that have been filtered from the water.
Add the coconut milk and also the chia seed then add back the coconut milk that has been cooked with salt and a little sugar. Next add the avocado pieces, and also the chia seeds again on top. If you like it cold, you can add ice.
Result
Pearl sago avocado is ready to be enjoyed Serve chilled or room temperature, both are delicious!. The taste of natural avocado smoothies is very delicious, the combination of coconut milk, sago and also chia seed is very tempting. I finished this in just a few moments, so greedily drank two glasses of it. But I keep the next glass in the fridge first, so it will be fresher. This drink itself is perfect for you to drink in summer like this, while relaxing with your family.

I definitely have to try this great recipe @nurfay. I'll try to find the sago pearls in the village shops, maybe I can get them. This smoothie looks really good, creamy, filling and delicious. Thanks for bringing your great content to Amazing Drinks. Greetings.

Thank you very much !
Your drink representation is amazing, looks fantastic. Unfortunately avocado is relatively expensive where I live, because they don’t grow here, but the problem is that they are usually very hard and looks like under-ripped.
Here the avocados are very soft when they are perfectly ripe!
Try this recipe!
