Hoy les traigo una nueva bebida para compartirles; se trata de un jugo lleno de vitaminas, de guayaba con remolacha; el cual resulta muy delicioso y además con un color muy apetecible; les muestro cómo lo preparé:

INGREDIENTES
Para cuatro vasos de jugo utilicé: 2 guayabas y una remolacha mediana ,una tacita de azúcar y 300 ml de agua.
INGREDIENTS
For four glasses of juice I used: 2 guavas and a medium beet, a cup of sugar and 300 ml of water.
PREPARACIÓN
Se lavan muy bien las guayabas y la remolacha, se les quita la concha, se cortan en trozos y se llevan a la licuadora ;se le agrega además el agua y el azúcar y se licúa muy fuerte hasta que todo esté completamente homogéneo.
Luego se pasa por una coladora para retirar las semillas de la guayaba.
PREPARATION
Wash the guavas and beets very well, remove the shells, cut them into pieces and take them to the blender; add the water and sugar and blend very hard until everything is completely homogeneous.
Then it is passed through a strainer to remove the guava seeds.
Una vez listo, solo queda disfrutar este delicioso jugo que además está lleno de vitaminas.
