Hi everyone, you are all well hopefully. Today it's a great day. Becouse today I want to show very simple but mind blowing juice recipe.

Mint leaves juice with lemon. You know its very helpful for our boday. Here I show all steps, how to make. Just follow and try this.

Ingredient:

  1. 10 gm mint leave
  2. 1 pcs lemon
  3. 1 table spoon cumin powder
  4. 1 table spoon salt
  5. 2 table spoon sugar
  6. Half glass of water

How to make:

it's very easy and simple. Just follow some step and enjoy. So first you need to proper wash mint leaves.

Then cut all mint leave by knife.

Now put all mint leave your mixer machine.

Then put 2 spoon sugar.

One table spoon salt.

One pcs Lemon juice.

Little bit cumin powder, cumin powder make taste different.

Now put some water. Then mix all ingredients properly.

Now you have to filter all juice and finally put very little of water.

Ok now test it, I mean ready to drink. Very simply.

important:

mint leave has many medicinal properties. All are well human body. One glass of mint leave with Lemon juice make your mind refresh and you fell nice. So I suggest everybody need at least one glass mint juice in a week.
